Research On Application Of Project Construction And Professional Collaboration Based On BIM Platform Platform

With the continuous development of the construction industry and the requirements of architectural design to further improve the design of construction engineering is more and more complex,the construction project is a very complicated process,with the progress of science and technology and the improvement of living standards,the society puts forward new requirements for the construction industry,the emergence of BIM technology and popularization for the rapid development of building industry may be provided,based on the Tangshan mobile communication hub project as an example to analyze the application of BIM technology in engineering project.At present the main architectural design tools based on CAD platform has been unable to meet the rapid development of the construction industry needs,and even become a major factor hindering the development of the construction industry in some developed countries,because of advanced science and technology,sufficient funds plus earlier aware of the problems in the development of the construction industry,so as to provide a natural soil for the birth of BIM technology and BIM platform,in some developed countries is currently being popularized in large area,there are many construction projects are using BIM technology.Our country is not well aware of the importance of BIM technology because of its relatively backward computer technology,unclear industry and weak promotion of related institutions,which has delayed its development in China.This paper mainly from the three aspects of BIM Technology:first for the characteristics of BIM,application and development are introduced;secondly to Tangshan East West Communication Center project combined with BIM to the final analysis is the analysis on the BIM collaboration and other content.For the BIM technology and BIM platform are introduced and analyzed comprehensively,mainly in the following aspects:the introduction of BIM technology in origin as well as the present stage of the development of the situation at home and abroad;in-depth deconstruction of the principle of BIM technology and application value;for the current application of BIM and analyze the causes.BIM model is a comprehensive representation of physical and functional characteristics of building projects and digital information models.It is an information source for building engineering projects,as well as a platform for information sharing.The application of BIM technology to the construction project management.The application of BIM technology in the construction project management is reflected in the shortening of about 10%of the work period and reducing the time for coordination among the various majors.The construction management in our country is not ideal at present.On the one hand,there are some old problems in the construction industry.On the other hand,the BIM technology is too complex,which leads to the high cost of learning,Plus the disadvantage of the government and industry for the promotion of new technologies.To solve these problems and status,we need the joint efforts of the three parties of the industry,the government and the individual.According to the BIM development in some developed countries shows that the construction project based on BIM technology in the future will be in the construction industry is dominant,BIM technology and construction projects with more in-depth needs further exploration and research,although this paper does the research in the relevant aspects,but there still exist in the process of research many deficiencies,I hope the following study can be designed according to the architectural design process,construction process and construction of the maintenance and use of further research,and further discuss the architectural design,construction and many aspects,some owners do cooperative relations,the development of business process modeling features on BIM platform and cooperative work between the various departments of the implementation of construction engineering project,establish the whole construction project for the construction industry BIM Pattern and problem handling mode.
