| Focus on the final year curriculum in specialty of biology education, this article took insight into the current situations and existent problems, through analyzing the teaching plans of 21 normal schools. Basing on the above, maining using questionnaires and interviews,the article went on from two points.First, it found out the curriculum implementation effect by investing the nationwide normal university students and optimized the final year curriculum frome the point of meeting students'need.Second, it found out employer's assessment factors for normal school candidates by interviewing some high school principals and excellent biology teachers and optimized the final year curriculum frome the point of meeting social requirements.It was found that: the final year curriculum has four problems.The situations in class is not satisfied.Student evaluation of the final year curriculum is not high and reduced study hour is wanted.Students want more useful final year curriculums, including apply techniques introduce,teaching skills training and so on. Employer assessment factors for normal school candidates mainly embody personal quality and professional quality.On the basis of the above, according to the principal of overall optimized, individualized, useful, practical, and integrated, this arricle put forward some concrete thinking and countermeasure about how to optimize the types, subjects and implement of the final year curriculum. |
