Currently china's new round fundamental education reformation is being carried. This reform based on the establish of the new courses system had intense systematization, and changed the simple methods of only renewing the textbook in the past, but systemically reformed in terms of course idea, course goal, course construction, course content, teaching process, course manage, teaching evaluation and so on. It requires the senior middle school teacher to change its old opinion about curriculum, knowledge, teaching and students and instruct as the curriculum creator, learning promoter and teaching researcher. It requires the teacher to constitute rationally their own knowledge structure, and strengthen their expanding ability in implementing the curriculum. How deep the teacher's qualifications and levels are at will be the key to the success or failure of the course's reform. But the present high normal curriculum has a lot of shortcomings in curriculum changing, curriculum structure, curriculum content and curriculum implementation. It leads to the lack of teaching training and the ability of the teacher's teaching skills which makes it not be able to undertake the important task of adapting to educating senior high school teacher who must have the ability of adapting to the new curriculum. So, the normal universities should renew the notions of normal education, A new professional curriculum system should be founded; the teaching practice and the experimental teaching course should also be enhanced. Furthermore, the continuity between the pre-service teachers and in-service teachers should be intensified; the evaluation standards, as well as the mechanism to educate the in-service teachers should be established to standardize and strengthen the experimental teaching in middle schools. |
