| With the development of the researches on global environmental change, scientists from different countries have realized that Land Use/Cover Change resulted from human development is an important part and a main cause of global environmental change. The region of land cover change changed the surface ecosystem; which has remarkable influence from positive and negative aspects on the ecological environment. Ecological Compensation is an important measure to prevent and solve the environmental problem. Although China has constructed many kinds of ecological compensation, the earlier researches only consider the social and economic aspect, but ignore the technical side. Furthermore, the effects and influences of the ecological compensation need to be studied. In order to understand correctly the current ecological environment and establish the scientific and reasonable measure of ecological compensation to ensure the smoothly carrying out ecological construction, we need to construct the ecological environmental project and solve diversified problems during the ecological construction properly. Therefore it is necessary to do some investigation on ecological compensation.On the basis of knowing the domestic and foreign study on the ecological compensation, this article analyzed and summarized the successful experience and existed problem, proposed the concept of ecological compensation, the rationale, the theory and method of absorbing reasonably as the theatrical foundation and research method. In the frame of ecological compensation, this article proposed the ecological compensation measures. According to the influence factors of ecological compensation for land consolidation, this article establish the factor system to analysis the effects ecological compensation measure scientifically, then analysis and express the spatial distribution of factor by using GIS platform, evenly, providing a case study and reference method for natural ecological compensation research.Firstly, this article deals with introduction. It explains the paper research background; the present situation of domestic and foreign research; the research content; the research mentality and the research method.Secondly the article deals with the ecological compensation theory. By summing up the research evolvement and existed problem of ecological compensation, it brings forward the concept and theoretical of ecological compensation.Thirdly this article talked about ecological compensation of land consolidation. It proposed the concept of ecological compensation of land consolidation, then, proposed the measures of ecological compensation. This article emphasized that we need not only considering the social economy, but the technical aspect under the direction of the corrective theory of sustainable development, landscape ecology, and so on. Based on the principle of science system, utilization, ration, the article discussed with emphasis the technical measure of ecological compensation during land consolidation process. According to the influence of farmland ecosystem caused by land consolidation, this article select the representative factors and carry on the quantification and estimation of factors, joining the estimating the estimates as the attribute value in the region database, then analyzing the factor spatial distribution by using GIS software.At last, the article taked a case of farmland consolidation project of AnLu YanDian town, XinZha villiage in Hubei Province as. Firstly, it estimates the compensation factor and carries on the rank division. And then use GIS software to express the factors spatial distribution contrast and analysis the contract. Secondly it carrying on the spatial balanced analysis to express the function of ecological compensation in the space to select and estimate the measures of ecological compensation. Thirdly, according to the factor spatial distribution characteristic, it draws the conclusion: carbon storage has not big changes and biomass has a certain increase, the ecological compensation get the estimate function.
