After entering the new era of the constructing of the well-off society comprehensively and speeding up the modernization, with the rising of the modern manufacturing industry and modern service industry, the speeding up the construction of modern agriculture and the fast developing of cities and towns, the vocational education has been formidably demanded and the vocational education has the unprecedented developmental opportunity. However, as the main front for educating and training the competent labor force, the quality of teaching and instruction in higher vocational colleges and universities are attracting more attention and its educating goal is vital. Now in the era of high-tech and information, the developed countries take the vocational education as its key developmental strategy without exception. The vocational education in developed country was started comparatively early and developed more maturely, and its instructional system is sound, taking the nurturing of ability as its key task.With the introduction of the theories like Two Element System, CBE and MES one after another in our country, it not only has brought the vigor for the fundamental research, also vitalized the in vocation education. Many successful experience of the curriculum reform has emerged and some quite influential curriculum patterns have been promoted. Drawing lessons from the successful vocational education pattern overseas and integrating the national condition of our country and instructional circumstance of physics in higher vocational education, the present study summarized a set of new physical curricula system, which takes the Ability Standard as the core, implementing the teaching or instruction on Module and taking many small Modules as the content.Basing on the vocational-technical education theory, the Module Teaching is the teaching type which develops the curriculum content and the plan of instruction taking the ability nurturing as the center.
