Study On Coordination Development Of Agro-tourism And Beautiful Rural Construction

Agri-tourism is an effective way to push construction of the beautiful rural forward and to realize rural ecological civilization development.Agri-tourism in our country,from the 1980s,has become the operational form for transformation and upgrading of agricultural industry,rural surplus labor transfer and improvement of farmers’ quality of life.There are exist some common characteristic with infrastructure,development goals,participation main body,which can help supply each other of agri-tourism and beautiful rural with infrastructure,resources and human.Agri-tourism is helpful to offer industry support for superb rural construction.On the contrary,beautiful rural construction is advantageous to improve the sustainable development of agri-tourism.This paper studies on the coordinated development of agri-tourism and beautiful village for providing theoretical references and practical advices to the rural area of industrial supply side structural reform,economic growth mode transformation and beautiful construction.This paper based on the theory of agricultural versatility,system theory,synergetic theory,self-organizing the theory,and so on.Through the research on system composition,empirical analysis of coupling coordination degree,dynamic mechanism,cooperative development mechanism and case analysis of agro-tourism and scenic rural countryside,the main conclusions are as follows.(1)Agri-tourism and beautiful rural with a coordinated development of the basic conditions and common goals,there is a co-evolution relationship,there are possibilities coupled coordination,overall benefits can be achieved by the coupling of both rural construction,realizing the maximization of effective resource allocation efficiency.(2)There has been the complete industry subject,object and carrier of agri-tourism system,which through the function and feedback mechanization of agro-tourism industry can implementation to de novo,de alio and coordination development.Beautiful countryside is a huge system with ecology,economy,society,science and technology subsystem,and developed by the two great power of driving force system in cities and towns and rural endogenous.On one hand,the two coordination system has a common resource base,development goals,the service object,carrier performance,the construction of the main body.On the other hand,there are a fickle kinds and public welfare,short-term and long-term ecosystem,economy and conflicts between agri-tourism and beautiful rural.Dynamic nature of agri-tourism and beautiful village is an open,self-organizing process coupled together with industrial,social and cultural resources between subsystems.(3)Not only agri-tourism but also beautiful rural is an open system with coupling of material,energy and information exchange with the outside world,or promoting the coupling between different systems.The dissipation structure of rural development system is in a state of motion by internal factors and the external environment of the influence of random disturbance and fluctuation to gradually realize the cooperation and collaboration,complete the self-organizing evolution process.This paper study on the coupling degree coupling and coordination degree of agri-tourism and beautiful rural,divided coupling and non-coupling with a basic type,six small classes and eighteen fundamental type by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Entropy Value Method(EVM),the System Coupling System Coupling model.(4)This paper research on the relationship of agri-tourism and beautiful rural by coupling coordination model.The result shows that agri-tourism in our country with beautiful rural intermediate coupling above 93.55%.There are existing two provinces with good performance for the coordinated development,six provinces with moderate coordination development,eighteen provinces with coordinated development,five provinces with barely coordinated development.At the same time,we build the coupling coordination mechanism with content,development mode and management of agri-tourism and beautiful rural.(5)Selected Fujian Province as case analysis of coordinated development mechanism of agri-tourism and beautiful village.Firstly,four dominant types with Industry and Commerce Oriented(I),Agricultural Industry Oriented(II),Agriculture,Industry and Commerce Oriented(III),Agricultural Leading(IV)of rural development was divided by cluster analysis.Secondly,with analysis of 68 typical villages in Fujian province shows that,most of the village in Fujian province to achieve coupling coordinated development of agri-tourism and beautiful rural.However,the inland areas in Fujian province of the coordinated development of agri-tourism and beautiful rural are still large.The coordinated development of agri-tourism lags has 28 villages,and the beautiful village construction lag accounted for 58.82%.Thirdly,we summing up the four types of the coordinated development of agri-tourism and beautiful rural construction with coordination,planning,formulation synergy,industrialized development of coordination and organization management coordination.Finally,in view of the coordination development of agro-tourism and beautiful rural,the improvement recommendations on land use system,the creation of preferential policies,the innovation policy system,and anamnesis of Internet + were proposed.
