Research On The Development Of Agro-Tourism Integration In Shaanxi Province Based On The Perspective Of Farmers’ Income Increase

"Agriculture is the foundation of the country,and the foundation is solid." After stepping into a well-off society,the country has formulated a series of policies and measures to promote the development of rural agriculture and promote the integration of rural industries to consolidate the results of poverty eradication and improve farmers’ income.In 2018,the Strategic Plan for Rural Revitalization(2018-2022)issued by the Party Central Committee highlighted the integration of agriculture and tourism as an important path to achieve industrial prosperity.Shaanxi Province has profound agricultural cultural heritage and rich tourism resources,which provide a good industrial foundation for the integration of agriculture and tourism.Therefore,how to promote the deep integration of agriculture and tourism industry on the existing resource endowment in Shaanxi Province,and "promoting tourism with agriculture and promoting agriculture with tourism" to realize farmers’ income,which are the important research problems of this paper.Based on industrial integration theory and system coupling theory,we define the concepts related to agro-tourism integration by reading and integrating the literature,sort out the connotation of the concept of agro-tourism integration,dynamic mechanism,integration mode,level measurement method and literature related to agro-tourism integration based on the perspective of farmers’ income increase,and clarify the dynamic mechanism and mechanism of action of agro-tourism integration on farmers’ income increase.We analyze the current situation of agriculture,tourism,agro-tourism integration and farmers’ income in Shaanxi Province,and summarize four common models of agro-tourism integration in Shaanxi Province: rural recreation tourism model,science and research agro-tourism model,comprehensive leisure rural tourism model and folklore tourism model,and conclude that there is still a lack of solid foundation of agro-tourism industry in Shaanxi Province in terms of agro-tourism integration.In Shaanxi Province,there are still problems such as unrealistic foundation of agricultural tourism industry,serious homogenization,backward related infrastructure and lack of professional talents.Next,combining the actual situation of the development of agriculture and tourism industries in Shaanxi Province,we determine 2 subsystems of agriculture and tourism,divide 6criterion layers from three levels of resources and inputs,scale and benefits,select 20 specific indicators,construct an evaluation index system of agricultural tourism integration in Shaanxi Province,use the coupled coordination degree model,measure the degree of agricultural tourism integration in Shaanxi Province,and find out the limiting factors that hinder the integration of agricultural tourism in Shaanxi Province with the help of the obstacle degree model The results show that from 2010 to 2020,the degree of integration of agricultural tourism in Shaanxi Province will be reduced.The measurement results show that the level of agro-tourism integration in Shaanxi Province gradually increases from 2010 to 2020,and agro-tourism integration goes through four stages: moderate dissonance,near dissonance,barely coordinated to preliminary coordination,and agriculture is the main factor that restricts agro-tourism integration in Shaanxi Province.Finally,the relationship between agro-tourism integration and farm household income is explored from the perspective of farm household income increase,with the degree of agrotourism integration in Shaanxi Province as the core explanatory variable,farm household income as the explanatory variable,and regional economic development level,urbanization level and government intervention level indicators as control variables,and a benchmark regression model is established,and the endogeneity test and robustness test are passed.The empirical results show that the integration of agriculture and tourism in Shaanxi Province has a positive effect on the income of farming households,and the path of increasing farming households’ income by promoting the integration of agriculture and tourism is feasible.Based on the above research results,the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the integration of agricultural tourism and farmers’ income in Shaanxi Province are proposed from four aspects,including: improving the construction of rural infrastructure and building a platform for agricultural tourism integration;playing a macro policy-oriented role to promote the depth of agricultural tourism integration;establishing a modern agricultural industry chain to improve the quality of agricultural tourism integration;and encouraging farmers to participate in agricultural tourism integration to broaden the channels for farmers’ income increase.
