With the continuous advancement of national ecological civilization construction and supply-side reform,the advent of the era of global tourism and self-driving,and the vigorous implementation of the strategy of building a strong transportation country,the integration of transportation and tourism has become the trend of the times.Scenic byway,as an important carrier of the integration of transportation and development,is a new type of tourism functional area,tourism products and linear tourism destination.It meets the urgent needs of the times,meets the major development opportunities and is developing in full swing.Scenic byway must develop from a single road to scenic byway network,connect with scenic spots,towns and transportation hubs in a larger region,realize network,diversification and systematization,in order to achieve smooth traffic flow and tourism,promote resource integration,industrial integration and the construction of all-round tourist destinations.It also releases strong radiation and driving effect.At present,the study of scenic byway network is still sporadic in academic circles,and the rapid development of social practice of scenic byway needs the guidance of theory urgently.Therefore,it has great theoretical and practical significance to study the theory of scenic byway network and grasp and understand the scenic byway network in essence in order to guide and promote the development of practical work.Based on the previous research results and from a holistic perspective,this paper systematically studies the related theories of scenic byway network and scenic byway by combining literature analysis with questionnaire survey,qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,subject intersection with software assistance,comparative analysis with comprehensive analysis,etc.The network layout is studied to clarify the nature of scenic byway network and provide reference for the development and practice of Wujiang scenic byway network in Guizhou Province.The main research contents include three parts: research basis,theoretical framework and case study.Research basis.This paper reviews the conceptual system,layout method and node importance layout of highway network and scenic byway network,combs the existing research results and contributions,finds out the shortcomings and some existing problems,and points out the direction worthy of study and exploration in the light of the reality and future development trend of scenic byway network,and for this purpose,seeks and sums up the existing research results and contributions,determine the theoretical support for the research.The Research Foundation provides an important basis and foundation for the research of this paper.In the context of in-depth analysis of the development of traffic integration and tourism scenic byway,this paper puts forward the necessity and urgency of carrying out the research on scenic byway network,summarizes the related concepts and layout of highway network and general-scenic byway network,and puts forward the theme and content of the concept system andlayout of scenic byway network that deserve further study.The theoretical basis of this study is given.The theoretical framework.It mainly includes two parts,namely,the construction of related theories of scenic byway network and the research of layout methods of scenic byway network.The first is the construction of related theories of scenic byway network.At present,the theoretical research and practice of scenic byway network is still at the initial stage of exploration,lacking systematic and in-depth research.On the basis of the research and aiming at the insufficiency of the research,this paper systematically constructs the relevant theory of landscape road network for the first time from the perspective of the integration of tourism,transportation,landscape and other multidisciplinary theories.For the first time,the concept of scenic byway network is put forward,and scenic byway network nodes and scenic byway network lines are defined.The composition of scenic byway network elements is studied,and the types and principles of elements are analyzed.The types and functional characteristics of scenic byway network nodes are expounded,and the combination nodes of scenic byway network are put forward.The classification of scenic byway grade and the relationship with general highway are emphatically studied.On the basis of inheriting the functions and characteristics of traditional highway network,the functions and characteristics of scenic byway network are summarized and perfected;the formation mechanism of scenic byway network is deeply analyzed,and the function mode is put forward;the concept,content and layout of scenic byway network are perfected.Objectives,principles and influencing factors,etc.Finally,the differences and links between scenic byway network and general road network are compared and summarized.From the overall perspective of tourism and transportation,this paper comprehensively and profoundly understands and grasps the connotation and essential attributes of scenic byway network,clarifies the relevant basic theory of scenic byway network from the source,and provides a solid foundation for further research on scenic byway network.The second is the research on the layout method of scenic byway network.The layout of scenic byway network is an important way to realize the rational construction of scenic byway network.At present,the research on the layout of scenic byway network is mainly focused on general-scenic byway network,which is still in its infancy.Based on the research foundation,on the basis of systematically analyzing the suitability of several commonly used road network layout methods,this paper puts forward the node importance method to layout scenic byway network,and systematically studies the node importance based scenic byway network layout.Firstly,the limitations of the traditional node importance method applied to the layout of scenic byway network are analyzed,and the ideas of improving the method are put forward.Secondly,the node importance model of scenic byway network is constructed,and the new model is constructed from the aspects of node importance index,node category weight and index weight,as well as the characteristics of node combination.The inheritance,improvement and innovation of the node importance model of the traditional highway network;according to the node importance of the scenic bywaynetwork,combining with the correlation between the node of the scenic byway network and the type and grade of the scenic byway line,the hierarchical division method of the node of the scenic byway network is proposed;finally,the layout method of the scenic byway network is studied,including the theoretical distribution.The scheme design and scheme adjustment of scenic byway network include two aspects: using the method of combining graph theory minimum tree theory with space connected circle to find the optimal tree of scenic byway network;and putting forward the key points and ideas of optimizing and adjusting the theoretical layout scheme.Case study.Taking Wujiang scenic byway network in Guizhou Province as an example,the basic theory of constructing scenic byway network and the layout method of scenic byway network based on node importance are applied in practice.Firstly,the general situation of Wujiang scenic byway network is analyzed,including physical geography,tourism resources,traffic conditions,social economy,etc.Secondly,the node system of Wujiang scenic byway network is constructed.Thirdly,the node importance method layout of scenic byway network is applied to Wujiang case,including the selection of node importance index and data.Calculate the weights of node categories and indicators,calculate the importance of nodes,divide node levels,and solve the optimal tree of the importance of scenic routes of Wujiang River and adjust the layout of road network layer by layer to form a reasonable layout scheme of scenic byway network of Wujiang River.By applying the theoretical basis of the scenic byway network and the layout method based on the node importance degree to the Wujiang case practice,the correctness of the theory and the feasibility of the method are proved,which can better guide the construction practice of the scenic byway network and is worth popularizing.The innovations of this research are mainly embodied in the following two aspects:firstly,the concept of scenic byway network is proposed for the first time,and the related theoretical basis of scenic byway network is preliminarily constructed.The elements of scenic byway network,scenic byway network nodes,scenic byway route,functions and characteristics,the formation mechanism of scenic road network,the layout content of scenic byway network,the differences and links between scenic byway network and general highway network are discussed.It is the first time in China to comprehensively and systematically interpreted and researched.Secondly,based on the theoretical research of scenic byway network,this paper establishes the index system of node importance,node category weight and attribute weight of scenic byway network from the analysis of node system,node combination,correlation between node and scenic byway line type and grade,and innovatively constructs the node importance model of scenic byway network.
