With the domestic tourism consumption entering the age of individual travel,self driving tour,free travel and other leisure travel modes are favored by the market.This puts forward higher requirements for traffic road construction,ancillary service facilities and scenic resource management in scenic tourism area.Scenic byway as a link connecting urban between rural green space,combining the ecological network of scenic area,has outstanding functions of ecology,recreation and economy.It has improved the natural ecological environment and the potential of local recreation and recreation.The research on scenic byway in foreign countries has developed a certain history and formed an independent and complete system.But The China's scenic byway construction and research until the last few years from the initial stage to the stage of comprehensive promotion and practice.This paper makes a theoretical and practical analysis of scenic spots at home and abroad,at the same time,it uses the relevant theories and excellent case experience of scenic road construction,discusses on the theory and practice of scenic road construction.According to the background characteristics of scenic spots in China,the planning and design methods of scenic spots in scenic spots and the principles to be followed are given.This paper constructs the basic paradigm of scenic spot planning and design,and provides theoretical support for the comprehensive construction of scenic spots.A case study taking the Xinchao scenic byway in Shuanglong scenic region in Jinhua,andaiming at the background of Shuanglong scenic region,studies the present conditions and the advantages and problems of scenic spots development in the scenic spots of new dynasties.In order to protect the ecological environment of Shuanglong scenic region,the tourism function of scenic spots should be highlighted,generally plan and layout of the Xinchao scenic byway.It designed a series of rural,scenic spots,natural,unique rural tourism routes,thus improving the living environment of local residents and promoting the synchronous development of diversified industries and tourism in scenic spots.
