Research On The Promotion Path Of Knowledge Integration Capability Of Enterprise Based On The Perspective Of Network Governance

With the development of the times and the advancement of technology,because knowledge has higher productivity and creativity than other factors of production,it can greatly increase the value of products and services,knowledge resources are becoming more and more important strategic sources of enterprises' innovation,which requires enterprises to have a high knowledge integration ability to integrate and coordinate knowledge resources in order to get the high performance.According to the theory of network organization,as a kind of organization form between market and enterprise,network organization has close relation among enterprises,and the flow and learning of resources,information and so on are also more.The cooperative relationship between enterprises brings convenience for enterprises to integrate knowledge resources.However,based on the different combinations of network structure and governance mechanism,knowledge integration capability of enterprise is different.In order to acquire the critical variables and matching rules between them to enhance knowledge integration capability of enterprise in network organization,this paper combine the resource based view and ability view,constructs a concept model to promote knowledge integration capability of enterprise under the perspective of network governance.By means of questionnaire survey,field investigation and other methods,this paper collects the relevant data of node enterprises in the cluster network,such as Yellow River Auto parts City,Blue Sea Auto parts City,Yuncheng Auto repair and Auto parts Industry Association,etc.By using EXCEL ?SPSS?QCA and other softwares,186 valid sample data are processed and qualitatively analyzed.The results show that: firstly,the core antecedents affecting enterprise knowledge integration ability are trust mechanism,learning mechanism,contract mechanism,etc.Coordination mechanism,high network stability,high network heterogeneity,high network strength.At the same time,it verifies the correctness of assumption 1a,1b,1c,1d,2c,2d,2e,the incorrectness of 2a,2b.Secondly,there is a matching relationship between the governance mechanism variables and the network structure variables,and there are specific matching rules.Thirdly,a group of key antecedents have the greatest influence on the results,that is,trust mechanism *high network strength * high network stability.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions to improve knowledge integration capability of enterprise in different structure types of network organizations.This study firstly has important theoretical significance for the field of network governance and knowledge integration.It breaks the shackles of previous empirical research,and innovatively combines governance mechanism and network structure with QCA method.Study on the impact of its combined effect on Governance performance.Secondly,its conclusion have significant reference value aimed at improving the knowledge integration ability of enterprises in network organization and improving the efficiency of network utilization,then improve the performance of enterprises;Then,it provide a reference for industry associations or network organization managers to the establishment of governance mechanism;Finally,it have an important reference significance for relevant government departments to govern network organizations,to improve the whole organization performance.
