| This study selected China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) as a search platform, selected 212 papers whose theme were "public library corporate governance" as the research object, used literature metrological analysis and social multivariate statistical method, the domestic" public library governance node structure researched hot spots and frontier research topic areas of analysis, found: public library, corporate governance, board of directors, corporate governance, library board, participation in management, separation of management, library were hot high-frequency words of public library corporate governance. Library governance, members of the Council, cultural institutions, the council system Larger, deepen reform had potential development,were potential high frequency hot words. Library, library management, management system, supervision mechanism, library Trustees, industry associations, resource allocation, public library system were research hot topics in the field. The ontology research of corporate governance of public library, system and other social support research, "governance subjects" research, management system research whose core was the statutes of the Council, Council based on common governance research, Public Library management and corporation governance were research topics in field. The research could help scholars to grasp the research in this field Dynamic development and provided effective reference data and reference for the public library as the representative of the cultural institutions comprehensively to deepen reform and development. In addition, based on the analysis of high-frequency hot words and topics found this research field still existed imbalance on the research object, research field, research content. then proposed relevant suggestions.This study could be divided into four parts (a total of six chapters).The first part was chapter 1 introduction, mainly indicated the current in the field of the research background, research status at home and abroad, put forward in this paper, the problems and the research contents, research methods, research purpose, research significance, research innovative points.The second part was chapter 2, article mainly introduced this study of relevant concepts, including legal person,corporate governance, library governance,corporate governance structure, library corporation governance and this research adopted the research method of the relevant concepts of mapping knowledge domain, including mapping knowledge domain, information visualization. The first and second parts were the basis of this paper, lay the theory foundation for the next study.The third part included chapter 3 and chapter 4, the first chapter 3 discussed the specific process of knowledge map construction, expounded how to utilize the use of SPSS and EXCEL software to choose and deal with the high frequency keywords co-occurrence matrix constructed, and through factor analysis, cluster analysis and social network analysis, multidimensional scaling analysis knowledge mapping. Then analyzed on Chapter 3 constructs the knowledge map, the first high frequency keywords hot spot analysis, teased out the cutting-edge research hot spots in the current domestic public library corporate governance and the potential research hot spots. And used multidimensional scaling analysis analyzed hot topics and potential research topics in the field. According to chapter 3 map of high frequency keywords of gravel and cluster analysis tree research topics in this field could be divided into 6 groups, then the specific analysis of the six research topics.The fourth part included chapter 5 and Chapter 6, Chapter 5 rethought the public libraries corporate governance,respectively from the direction of the research: research field, research content level summed up the existing problems, and gave some suggestions. The six chapters summarized the full text,proposed hope for the future work, finally summarized the shortcomings of this study. |
