Study On The Design System Of Hainan Coastal Scenic Byway

The development of highway transportation is an important indicator of the level of social and economic development.Under the background of China's new economy and the structural reform of the supply side,the development of highway transportation has put forward higher requirements of the quality and service.The tourism industry is an important strategic pillar industry of national economy,and the highway transportation is a prerequisite basic support it.Based on the development of the integration between the two issues,and taking Hainan Island coastal scenic byway as the sample,this paper study on the design technology and key indicators of scenic byway.The thesis takes theoretical concept,design technology and practical application as the basic research line,and is divided into three levels.On the theoretical concept research level,the paper from the landscape,the highway engineering,tourism and leisure,and based on the related theory of greenway,park way and scenic byway,put forward the scenic byway concept according to the situation of our country,and makes a comparative analysis on the related cases;On the design technical research level,the paper puts forward the design system of Scenic byway constructed by functional properties,principles,evaluation,classification,technology and corridor management;On the practical application research level,based on the above research results,the paper put forward the system of the seaside scenic byway in Hainan province by the composition of the main body engineering,service and ancillary facilities,industry development and the promotion,and to research the tourism resources along the road,evaluation and analysis its style and features,and put forward line layout principle and classification of segmentation results,and then through the design practice,the key index of scenic byway system.The main original conclusions and innovations of this work are drawn as follows:Based on a comprehensive analysis of the connotation of scenic byway and Hainan coastal tourism present situation and future development trend,the paper put forward the goal,orientation,principles and standards of Hainan coastal scenic byway design;Based on Hainan coastal Scenic byway,this paper puts forward the design method and process of scenic byway;Based on the evaluation results of tourism value,this paper puts forward the classification standard of Hainan coastal scenic byway;According to the characteristics of transportation and landscape appreciation,this paper puts forward that the design speed is the key control factor in the design of scenic byway;According to the different levels of scenic byway,the paper puts forward the control index of the building boundary,the load standard,the design flood frequency and so on;According to the environmental characteristics of Hainan province and the characteristics of "light traffic" on the scenic byway,the paper puts forward the minimum radius of circular curve with different design speed and the maximum super high section of the scenic byway;Based on the analysis of the dynamic performance of the typical vehicles on the highway,the maximum longitudinal slope index of different levels of the Scenic byway is determined;Based on the analysis of the function of each component of the cross section of the highway subgrade,the paper puts forward the reasonable value of the technical indexes of the subgrade cross section;According to the regional characteristics of Hainan,the paper puts forward the road pavement type design principle of highway and bike lanes;According to the characteristics of the tourism resources on the coastal scenic byway,this paper puts forward the types,functions,layout and interpretation system of the service facilities,and the key points of the design of safety protection facilities;According to the environmental characteristics of the coastal scenic byway,this paper puts forward the scope and content of the control corridor of the scenic byway,as well as its management system and measures.
