The development of logistics informationization makes the traditional operation mode of logistics market has undergone profound changes. Logistics information platform, as one of the important content of logistics information has become a hot issue in the development of modern logistics industry. People get a variety of car supply, warehousing, special line and other information of logistics resources through the network, and the traditional logistics transactions in logistics market have developed to the logistics information platform as the carrier network. Recently, the domestic emerged a large number of logistics information platform in recent years, which vary from each other in construction bodies, service content and service scope. At the same time, each logistics information platform has the problem that the information resources are scattered and the isolated island phenomenon is serious, which has caused great inconvenience to the users. Therefore, in view of the above problems, this paper has made the following research:(1) In order to solve the problem that logistics resource information is scattered and isolated and improve the efficiency of accessing to the logistics resource information for the users. This paper analyzes the development status of domestic and international logistics information platform about resource information integration and puts forward the realization mechanism of multi-source logistics resource information integration. The core of the mechanism is to establish a specialized logistics resource information integration platform. Each logistics information platform packages the resource information into Web service, which registered in the integrated platform and unified by the platform to provide users with "one-stop" service, in order to achieve the effective integration of nationwide logistics resource information. On this basis, the paper elaborates the concrete realization of the logistics resources information integration platform in four aspects:main functions, service objects, composition modules and specific implementation process.(2) Logistics resource information integration platform has been registered a lot of Web services of logistics resource information. In order to improve the satisfaction of users to obtain the information of logistics resources, it is necessary to optimize these Web services, which will give priority to the users of Web services. This paper first analyzes the attributes of Web service QoS, combining with logistics service quality, and set up a set of evaluation index system of logistics resource information. Secondly, in order to ensure the rationality of the weight setting, this paper uses AHP to endow weight subjectively and correct the result of the objective weight which is determined according to the concept of deviation. Finally, for the hybrid multiple attributes, this paper establishes an evaluation model (Introducing AHP into Projection Algorithm, AHP-PA), so as to carry out the evaluation of multi-source logistics resource information, and choose the Web services according to the evaluation results.(3) Based on the case of logistics resource center of national transportation and logistics public information platform, the AHP-PA evaluation model of multi-source logistics resource information based on Web service is verified by experiments.The evaluation and recommendation of logistics resource information are realized by simulation, which shows that the AHP-PA evaluation model based on Web service is reasonable and effective.
