With the fast development of today's economy and the economy's global trend, modern companies have more demands on logistics. To set up a high efficient logistics system has become a critical way to help companies improve their competition in the market. The integrated logistics has become the popular form of the logistics industrialization, it can help companies improve the logistics efficiencies and reduce their cost by the way that hire the professionals, use the special instruments and guide by the professional experiences. The rapid advancement of electronic commerce and the EAN.UCC system supply the technical basement for the integrated logistics system. The entities among the system constitute an isomerous information environment. To complete the information exchange and information share during these entities, the paper introduces a new entity- Logistics-Information Service Provider to join the system and give a public logistics service platform as a way, then describe how to use the SOA to design the platform and it's services.Service Oriented Architecture is incompact coupling software architecture. Its advantage is: reduce the close coupling between the providers and the consumers of a service. Using this style to design a system, the consumer of a service has no trouble if the service has changed the realization manner, but its interface holds the same. The paper first researches the current situation and the problems of the integrated logistics system, then study the SOA and the technique-web services. Based on these researches, the paper describes the whole architecture and detail services of the platform. After analyzes these services, the paper finds which services can use the SOA to design and gives the detail design plan and its application using the J2EE (Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition) .
