The disease that has the ability to work in the prime of life and ready to enjoy old age retirement patients unable to retain the ability to work under the state of health and quality of life, it is not only a medical problem, is also increasingly serious social problem.ObjectiveThis study using clinical scientific research methodology and mathematical statistical analysis method, the standardization of KOA clinical symptoms observation scale (VAS), visual simulation, grading evaluation method, the effect of knee osteoarthritis treatment decision criteria (JOA), WOMAC knee osteoarthritis rating scale (Chinese version) and so on scale, and the evaluation of the index to carry out clinical curative effect. The two groups after two courses of treatment of knee osteoarthritis treatment decision criteria (JOA) score was significantly decreased the (P < 0.05), score after treatment between the two groups, the treatment group is better than that of control group (P< 0.05).6. Two groups of treatment after two courses of WOMAC osteoarthritis knee rating scale score than before treatment significantly decreased (P< 0.05).Conclusions"Fire needle combined with cupping therapy" and "electric acupuncture therapy can effectively improve patients with knee osteoarthritis of the knee joint pain, swelling, dysfunction of clinical symptoms, the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has good curative effect, can obviously relieve the pain of patients with knee osteoarthritis symptoms, reducing patient joint stiffness, improve the joint activity, all is safe and effective treatment for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
