Observation On The Clinical Curative Effect Of Fire Needle Combined With Electric Acupuncture On Knee Osteoarthritis With Liver And Kidney Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:To explore the clinical effect and feasibility of fire acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.Methods: Sixty cases that met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into an experimental group(fire acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture group);a control group(simple electroacupuncture group),30 cases in each group.5 days is a course of treatment,each course is separated by 2 days,a total of 4 courses of treatment.The clinical efficacy evaluation was performed according to the clinical symptoms grading scale score,visual analogue scale(VAS),Western Ontario and Mc Master Osteoarthritis Survey Scale(WOMAC)before and after treatment.Results:1.The age,sex,and disease course data of the two groups of patients were statistically tested,and the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05);2.The scores of the clinical symptom quantification scale after treatment in both groups decreased compared with before treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),and the score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.The VAS scores of the two groups after treatment were higher than before the treatment,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);4.After treatment,the WOMAC score of both groups decreased compared with that before treatment,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the score of the test group decreased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);5.30 patients in the experimental group,including 8 clinically cured,14 markedly effective,5 effective,total effective rate was 90.00%;30 patients in the control group,5 clinically cured,8 markedly effective,10 effective,total effective rate was 73.33%.The effect of the two groups was statistically significant by rank sum test(P<0.05).Conclusion: In terms of improving the clinical symptom grading scale score,VAS score and WOMAC score of patients with knee osteoarthritis of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome,fire acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture treatmentand simple electroacupuncture treatment have good clinical effects,which can be obvious It can alleviate knee pain symptoms and enhance knee function in patients with knee osteoarthritis due to liver and kidney deficiency.Both methods have the advantages of high safety,low side effects,and easy operation.Compared with electroacupuncture treatment alone,the combination of fire acupuncture and electroacupuncture has better clinical effect in treating knee osteoarthritis of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome,and it is worthy of wide application.
