Objective:To observe and analyze the main symptoms(the knee joint is swollen and painful,function is restricted,bone hyperplasia),secondary symptoms(pain at rest,morning stiffness)and follow-up clinical manifestations(muscle atrophy,when the joint is active or passive,there may be cartilage friction sound,limited joint movement of different degrees and muscle spasm around it)of Knee Osteoarthritis cases before and after treatment,and to analyze the clinical efficacy of massage combined with peri-acupuncture in the treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis.Methods:From November 2017 to December 2018,the outpatients and inpatients of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Qixia Xianlin Hospital and Jiangsu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.All the selected medical records were randomized.A total of 60 cases were enrolled in this study,which were randomly divided into the conventional acupuncture and massage group and the massage and acupuncture group,with 30 cases in each group.The conventional acupuncture and massage group adopted the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment plan of bone arthralgia in the textbooks of the 13th five-year plan and the massage and massage treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis in the textbooks of the 13th five-year plan,and the acupuncture and massage combined with peri-acupuncture group adopted the methods of peri-acupuncture and massage.The treatment was once every other day,three times a week for 4 weeks.One month later,the improvement of the main symptoms,pain condition and range of motion of the patients were evaluated from the main symptom score,visual simulation score and knee joint function score,respectively,and the overall therapeutic effect of the two methods was evaluated through the evaluation criteria of the therapeutic effect of Knee Osteoarthritis.Results:1.Acupuncture combined with massage and conventional acupuncture and massage have good therapeutic effects on alleviating the clinical symptoms of Knee Osteoarthritis;2.After treatment,through the comparison of patients' pain,the curative effect of peri-acupuncture combined with massage group was better than that of conventional acupuncture and massage group;3.After the treatment,the patients before and after the joint evaluation comparison,the peri-acupuncture combined with massage group is better than the conventional acupuncture and massage group;4.To analyze the overall curative effect after treatment,the total effective rate of peri-acupuncture combined with massage was better than that of the conventional acupuncture and massage group.Conclusion:Peri-acupuncture combined with massage and conventional acupuncture and massage have good therapeutic effects in the treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis,but the clinical effect of the former is better than the latter.The combination of pern-acupuncture and massage has a better therapeutic effect on the treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis,which has a better therapeutic effect than the conventional acupuncture and massage on the department of tender pain and can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,worthy of clinical application and promotion.
