| ObjectiveThis project aims to study the clinical efficacy of fire acupuncture combined with electric acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis of cold-dampness obstruction type through clinical randomized controlled trials, and to compare the treatment of filiform needle pricking and electric acupuncture in reducing knee pain and improving joint mobility and the curative effect of life function,to explore a simpler and more efficient treatment plan for the clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis.MethodsSixty-six patients with cold-dampness obstruction knee osteoarthritis who met the inclusion criteria were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method, with 33 cases in each group. The test group used fire needle combined with electric acupuncture, and the control group used electric acupuncture. The two groups were treated with the same acupoints.2 weeks was a course of treatment for 4 weeks. Before and after treatment, the visual analogue scale(VAS),knee osteoarthritis treatment effect criterion(JOA),WOMAC knee osteoarthritis rating scale,TCM syndrome grading scale were used to evaluate, and the WOMAC score scale was used according to the nimodipine method Assess clinical efficacy.Results(1)Baseline data:Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference between the general data of the two groups of patients, such as age, gender, and disease course, and VAS score,JOA index score,WOMAC score, and TCM syndrome grading quantitative score(P<0.05).The two groups of subjects had comparability.(2)The VAS scores,WOMAC scores and total scores,JOA scores, and TCM syndrome grading scores of the two groups of subjects after treatment were compared with those before treatment, all P<0.01,which was statistically significant. The VAS score,WOMAC scores and total scores,JOA scores, and TCM syndrome grading scores in the fire acupuncture combined with electric acupuncture group were better than those in the filiform needle pricking combined with electric acupuncture group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant. In the test group,3 cases were cured,16 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective, and 4 cases were ineffective;in the control group,1 case was cured,11 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective, and 11 cases were ineffective. There was a significant difference in curative effect between the two groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 87.88%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 66.67%,after inspection and analysis, there is no significant difference(P>0.05).ConclusionFire needling combined with electric acupuncture and single electric acupuncture are both effective in the treatment of cold-dampness-resistance knee osteoarthritis, and fire acupuncture combined with electric acupuncture is better than single electric acupuncture in reducing pain and improving knee joint activity It has more advantages and has reference value for clinical treatment. |
