| The subject of synthetically evaluation is an edge subject relevant to many subjects and is worth to be researched. Seeing from philosophy meaning, synthetical evaluation technology is a means that is helpful to recognize the objective things and measure them quantification ally. Seeing from statistics meaning, it is a new statistical method and an important part of statistical methods system. The subject is applied to activities of quantificationally evaluation such as synthetical evaluation to economic situation.Fuzziness exists everywhere in reality, so we should think it over when we evaluate the things. The evaluation method of fuzzy theory is one of most widely used now. Because of the prevalence and development of fuzzy theory, the method is widely used in many fields In our country such as economy, management, environment, education, geology, mining, engineering technology and iatrology. Based on the analysis of existing algorithm, I put forward a new method based on fuzzy clustering and information entropy and then validate the algorithm.Considering the synthetical evaluation problem in reality, I have finished an evaluation platform based on fuzzy theory. The system includes the typical and improved fuzzy evaluation algorithm. The system has good expansibility, for example, cadre's character evaluation system and teacher's character evaluation system have been finished based on the platform.
