The Design And Implementation Of Medical Information Integration Platform For Sichuan Electric Power Hospital

Medical information integration platform is a key program for medical research and establishment of digital hospital.In recent years,Hospital Information System(HIS)is gradually popularized in major hospitals.Along with the development of regional medical data sharing application at the policy level and the continuous progress of the technical level,the construction of digital hospital has entered a peak time.As an important part of the national health information system,Hospital Information System needs to be based on the unified information of integration platform to promote the efficient use of Hospital Information System data in regional medical.Medical information integration platform is in the key period of advancing the hospital management information development toward regional medical information.When this paper is prepared,medical information integration platform is being constructed in the Sichuan electric power hospital.Through deep investigation and practical research of the medical information system in the early stage of the project,we found the overall level of various software vendors is low in the industry.Due to different product design concepts,unbalanced technological advantage,uneven management level and lack of thorough understandings of medical process,there are few hospital management software packages with integrated platform as the core,which can be widely popularized and commercialized.In view of this,we first analyzed the significance of integration,current integration status and put forward the ideas of integration.With the purpose of carrying out the research on the medical information integration platform based on B/S model,we created SOA architecture based on Web Services with Oracle 10 g as a database platform,and the server is based on the J2 EE data bus.From the process optimization of modern hospital management and the actual needs of medical services,we designed and implemented medical information integration platform in the Sichuan electric power hospital through actual research,demand summary,process analysis,system planning of business department and process,with "integration " as the core,and "one integration platform,one authority center,the same data warehouse,the same medical standard" as the technical route.The platform is possessed of generality,flexibility and scalability.It has been put into operation in the Sichuan electric power hospital and is popularized in the domestic medical field,which can meet the needs of medical services,high speed operation and unified data standards in the hospital.The platform is helpful to improve the quality and efficiency of medical services,reduce and prevent medical errors.It has laid a good foundation for promoting the application integration of regional medical information.
