In recent years,science and technology websites in certain scale have been established in China,which has constituted information resource clusters with respective characteristics and advantages,and provided industry development with solid information support.Since resource construction organizations function in their own way instead of a coordinated manner,repeated construction is understandably inevitable.Information or news is reproduced among most websites,making it difficult to evaluate website information quality and resulting in low utilization and unsatisfactory information service satisfaction to be improved.In this regard,website evaluation is particularly important.This paper focuses on academic resources on science and technology theme websites and constructs the evaluation model with the evaluation results providing science studies with more targeted information services.The empirical research makes an interdisciplinary case study on medical biotechnology website,involving subjects of biotechnology,medicine and pharmacy.With the medical biotechnology industry as one of national strategic emerging industries,the findings can provide industrial development with resource guarantee.The "full evaluation" system structure is applied to evaluation of science and technology websites for the first time.The "full evaluation" model constructed based on theories of bibliometrics and customer satisfaction delivers website evaluation from the quantitative indicator of easy access and solves the subjectivity problem of questionnaire survey.Effectiveness evaluation approach for evaluating site effectiveness history makes the evaluation more scientific.The innovations in evaluation from the user's perspective are reflected in the two-dimension evaluation in view of information content perception and information effectiveness perception,combined with the design and application of three innovative evaluation indicators of frontier science,technology innovation effectiveness as well as knowledge/skill effectiveness.In the overall evaluation indicator design,efforts are made for clear and comprehensive evaluation indicators so as to simplify the evaluation system.Science and technology website "full evaluation" calculating interface in this paper achieves evaluation model automation and improves evaluation efficiency.With structural equation,fitting indicators verifies the scientificness of the structural equation based science and technology website information quality evaluation theory model.The model discusses the relation between content evaluation and effectiveness evaluation in the full evaluation,verifies the feasibility of "full evaluation" system framework in science and technology website,and deepens and enrichs contents and applications of "full evaluation".This paper contains the following contents.In view of the characteristics of science and technology website and based on the theory of customer satisfaction and structural equation,this paper constructs "structural equation based science and technology website information quality evaluation full model".With bibliometrics as the theoretical basis and structural equation content evaluation indicators as evaluation standard,this paper adopts grey correlation degree and analytic hierarchy process to construct "science and technology website information quality theoretical evaluation model".When combining the two models with analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights,the "full evaluation" model for science and technology website information quality is established.The full evaluation model consists of two parts,namely structural equation based evaluation model from the perspective of content and effectiveness,and the model constructed from a formal standpoint.The empirical research makes a case study on medical biotechnology website and provides empirical evaluation on information quality of 8 medical biotechnology websites.The evaluation is given to the content and effectiveness of 8 academic websites from the sample specialized or engaged in medicine,pharmacy and biotechnology.In accordance with the formal evaluation indicator system,bibliometrics indicator data of 8 websites is obtained for formal evaluation.The "full evaluation" result is reached when the two evaluation results are weighted.On the basis of the evaluation model,the paper develops and operates "science and technology website information quality full evaluation calculating interface" with straightforward and simplified evaluation process achieved.The evaluation result is validated with authoritative website evaluation ranking,with the footing of the ranking result of the 8 websites analyzed,providing countermeasures and suggestions for improving science and technology website information quality.The paper makes contributions to in-depth study of the full evaluation system framework and to deepen and enrich the theory of quasi-"full evaluation".It enriches theoretical support for website evaluation study,constructs the characterized and universal "full evaluation" model for science and technology website information quality,establishes formal evaluation model for science and technology website information quality by means of bibliometrics theory,analytic hierarchy process and grey correlation analysis,introduces the theory of customer satisfaction,and builds the content and effectiveness evaluation model for science and technology website information quality from the user's perspective.With all models combined,a science and technology website information quality evaluation model is finally established based on the full evaluation system framework.This paper simplifies evaluation indicator hierarchy,decreases the difficulty in indicator accessibility and provides a scientific evaluation system,thus the guiding significance in providing strategies and suggestions to the improvement of science and technology website information quality and providing reference to scientific information required by medical biotechnology companies and biological
