Study Of The Agricultural Documentation Information Service Mode Under Internet

Under the environment of network, agriculture library user needs are becoming diversified and personalized, which presents a higher demand for the agriculture library's organizational structure, management, the documentation structure, service methods and librarian quality and it is necessary to establish a user-centric documentation information services model. However, China's agriculture documentation information service model lacks of profound study, and users-focused service model is also on the exploring stage, there are some problems urgent to explore and solve. Therefore, it is necessary to study for agricultural information service model theoratically and practically.Focused on the building of agricultural information service model, by summing up the success modle of the service operation at home and abroad, on the respect of organizational structure, management mechanisms, service programme, service philosophy and service personnel, operation mechanisms of agricultural information service models at home and abroad were compared and the existing problems in China's agricultural documentation information service were analyzed. By the introduction of customers relationship management theory and methods, stematic collection of user resources, the anlaysis of the information on the users needs, the integration of information resources, services and technology, the establishment of rational feedback system and evaluation indicators, four-facotr integration of service model based users-centric ntegrated management and evaluation index system were founded and finally the recommendation advices on implementation of service modle were put forward. Based on the above ideas, innovative research was conducted as follows:Firstly, four-factor integrated service model with the combination of user management, document information resources, information services and information technology was founded. By use of CRM theory and methods, accoding the characteristics of different users information requirement, through the dynamic tracking of the personal information behavior cycle,the users integrated management, literature resources information, documentation services and technology were integrated together on users'needs. In this model, architecture of four-factor model included three systems at two levels horizontaly and verticaly. The hotizontal strcuture included three systems: information services application system, information services management system, users evaluation system. Vertical structure included two levels: the first level was the macro-control; the second level is micro-operating systems, by which hardware, software, evaluation was integrated.Secondly, evaluation index system for documentation information service was established innovatively. based on the theory and methods of LibQUAL+TM, according to the features of agriculture information services, a set of evaluation index system from information resources, the network environment, information services forms, information services impact and the physical environment was designed and by using the index system, the National Agricultural Library Information Services effects was evaluated for the implementation of indicator system and the feasibility of the indicators was discussed. Thirdly, the implementation strategies and recommendations of four-factor integration model were proposed. By innovation of self-service, personalized, and knowledge services, the building of user-focused information resources system, reform of the organizational structure and business processes, training of compound librarians, the documentation information services model was implemented.In this article, The four-factor service model an its evaluation indicator system, and the strategies of implementation would provide the reference for the carry out of China's agriculture documentation information service.
