The quality issue is an eternal subject. It is the lifeline and survival line of all walks of life. The quality issue of military products is closely connected with the security of motherland, blessedness of people and soldiers' lives. The quality demand of products is perfect. The quality control technique becomes a sub-item to be established when an important military item is established. In the field of astronautic and aviation, the precision degree of navigation, guidance and control system often determines the whole capability of a missile, spacecraft or aircraft, the demand of its capability and quality is extremely accurate and precise. The manufacturing practice of military products indicates that the quality issue is quite difficult to distinguished sometimes. It belongs to the principle matter or technique issue is determined with many synthetical factors. Six Sigma quality control technique which is a hot subject in the home and aboard is selected for research to explore the quality control method of military products and try to settle the quality control issue of navigation, guidance and control system in the field of astronautic and aviation. It is well known that Three Sigma is regarded as a determinant criterion and threshold usually in the probability theory and numeral statistics, meanwhile the issue of Six Sigma is hardly mentioned. It is very difficult to achieve Six Sigma in the actual implementation. Therefore the research on the theory and demonstration of Six Sigma quality control technique is not only a single issue of probability theory, but a synthetical issue of enterprise culture, management measure and quality control technique in the paper.The research and results obtained in the paper are:1. Combining with the analysis of process capability index, the influence of abnormal detection efficiency of sample size in the Hughat control chart when the average value is changed, the improved process capability index is advanced and the evaluation method of complex capability index is presented.2. According to statistics, the evaluation method of the measure recurrence fluctuation based on the extreme difference is advanced through constructing the appropriate measure and statistic value, and the windage of evaluation value presented by Montgomery is rectified at the same time.3. Three control chart techniques which are suit for the stability inspection during the process of measure are presented.4. The statistic process control method which inspects high-level Sigma or zero fault process is researched. The process inspection method based on the control chart of eligibility item counter is advanced.5. The frame model combined engineering process control and statistic process control is presented.6. The method of Six Sigma is applied into the quality control technique. The inspection method of the key process which has important influence on the best product quality is constructed. The robust designation flow is presented at the mean time.7. The key factor of Six Sigma which implements quality control successfully is researched. The method, steps and model in the research are advanced and several cases are presented.The paper combines with the scientific research item of state quality superintend inspection and quarantine bureau (No. K0042-2002). It is meaningful and significant for not only the quality control technique of precision system, but improving product quality, decreasing production cost and strengthening market competition force in other enterprises.
