Based On Cmm Software Process Control

The software crisis hasn't been handled completely till now. Management problem has been the most important problem instead of technical problem during the software development. The total quality management has become an integrated theory with the developing of the socialization production. Software Capability Maturity Model (CMM) developed by SEI provides a conceptive framework for improving the management and development of software product congruously and effectively. Implementing process control base on this framework gives a successful base for continuous process improvement. This paper describe what is process, the importance and necessary of process control, the main contents of Software Capability Maturity Model. Base on the author's experiences on process control work for which she is responsible, this paper also describe how to implement process control and process improvement, thereby making the organization's maturity improve continuously.
