With the rapid development of science and technology,the electronic computer is applied more and more widely,which input keyboard of the electronic product widely become indispensable equipment,the keyboard function and quality requirements also more attention.At the same time,in the face of the advent of the electronic industry profit era,how to effectively reduce the cost,shorten product time to market and improve the quality of the products is currently almost all electronic products manufacturing enterprises are concerned about an important issue.Therefore,in the computer keyboard product development and production process,how to implement the Lean Six Sigma to improve quality,it is worth in-depth study.This paper mainly for computer keyboard products of the manufacturing process,sort out the problems often found in important quality characteristics and keyboard production,the application of Lean Six Sigma DMAIC quality process improvement,analysis the reason of poor quality,at the same time,Studies have shown that a company through the improvement of production,effectively control the process parameters,making production yield has been greatly improved,reduce production scrap rate and production rework value free activity,significantly increased the level of quality,through rate increased from lowest 63% to 72%,or 9%.In this paper,we hope to improve the quality and competitiveness of the keyboard products by using the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC process to improve the quality of the keyboard.
