Quality not only demonstrates the level of an enterprise’s products, but alsooccupies an important position to measure a country’s productive forces level. Qualitycontrol is an important method to ensure and improve the quality of products. Duringthe stages of the product life cycle, an important place in product quality control wasoccupied by the manufacturing process. The manufacturing processes of products arecomposed of a series of processes. As the basic unit of manufacturing process, thequality of each process will have great effects on product quality. By analyzing,controlling and managing of factors affecting the quality of process, process qualitycontrol can keep the product quality in allowable scope and stably to get productswith high qualification. So, it means much importance to monitor the process toensure the product quality in the manufacturing process. The development ofcomputer, network communication technology makes quality control of modernmanufacturing system tend to computer-integrated quality control system withautomation, integration and intelligent. Through signal processing, statistical analysisand intelligent learning, it can realize the automatic monitoring of process states,abnormal fluctuations analyzing, process parameters optimizing and adjusting, andinformation exchanging through the computer system. The formation of informationintegrated quality intelligent control system is an inevitable trend to implement qualitycontrol processes under the networked manufacturing environment.This thesis focuses on the realization of the quality control in processes under thenetworked manufacturing environment and establishes the multi-layer softwarearchitecture. With combining the key requirements in the process quality control andusing statistical process control, measure system analysis, failure mode and effectanalysis and neural network, the process quality control system based on web wasdesigned and developed on the.NET platform using the browser/server architecture. 1) Firstly, the general framework of this system was proposed, where statisticalprocess control, measure system analysis, failure mode and effect analysis andmultivariable process control subsystem were developed, the multi-layered softwarearchitecture of the system was established, and the scheme of the database was given.2) Statistical process control subsystem: the statistical process control techniquewas introduced firstly, and then based on the characteristics of processes, therequirements were analyzed and system was designed to apply SPC in process qualitycontrol, the SPC subsystem was developed, where the basic information management,control chart, process capability index and common quality tools and other moduleswere included.3) Measure system analysis subsystem: the measure system analysis subsystemwas developed to solve the problem of measure system analysis in the process. Byanalyzing the indicator of linearity, bias, stability, repeatability and reproducibility, themeasure system was proved to be reliable, and then the accuracy of the process datawas ensured.4) Failure mode and effect analysis subsystem: for anomalies that may occurduring the process, the failure mode and effect analysis subsystem was developed, thefailure modes and effects in the process were analyzed to identify the weaknesses andkey projects of the process, so appropriate measures for improvement will be taken.5) Multivariable process control subsystem: for the quality control in thecomplex multivariable process, the multivariable process control method based on theself-organizing mixture model was proposed, and its monitoring and diagnosingperformances in the complex multivariable process were analyzed with experiments,the multi-variable monitoring and multivariate diagnostic modules were completed.
