Instrument and equipment networked sharing can break the geographical limitation and realize the sharing application among the tertiary colleges, research institutes and the enterprises and also improve the usage efficiency of the Instrument and equipment thus it can promote the real cooperation between tertiary colleges and enterprises. It plays a significant role in pushing forward the cooperation between industry-university-research by making full use of human resource in tertiary colleges.The dissertation is about to study on architecture and operation method for a networked sharing system of the Instrument and equipment according to the current situation of Instrument and equipment in our country. This system architecture includes comprehensive model which consists of process video, structure video, function video, information video, resource video and sharing system, which it provides a systematic model for on line resource sharing for the tertiary education colleges. Some networked sharing methods have been proposed based on ASP platform model and ASP structure, operation model and commercial model have been developed. According to different kinds of Instrument and equipment, different information alternation methods have been proposed. For some comparatively high automation Instrument and equipment, the information alternation through computers directly has been used and some lower one, the method through combination between human and computer been adopted. For some Instrument and equipment installed in the poor condition of workshop, which the reliability and anti jamming function of the computer being influenced, the multi function information terminal alternation methods been used and realize the real time monitoring of the facilities. In the whole process of the networked resource sharing, the idea and method of combination between human and machines have been proposed. The integrated system has been formed between human being and machine. They can co-operate each other and work together to bring their own advantages into play to reach the best economic goal and comprehensive benefit by extending and deepening the function of Instrument and equipment themselves by human intellectual activities. Some research on optimizing the function of the Instrument and equipment has been conducted and the queuing model of the networked sharing has been established by probability and average latency time principle to configure the resource to reduce the waiting time for the clients and to improve the service ability of the system in order to provide the best service.Based on the research above and the integrated outcome achieved by the former research by the project team, we have done some on line resource application system software development and established coordinating service system which can support the networked sharing. We also developed some work station and platform to support the resource sharing function and various kinds of Instrument and equipment networked sharing application case system according to different characters of the equipment.
