The networked manufacturing(NM) is a sort of integrated strut environment which uses Internet to stride over the existing space among the different enterprises, realizes the sharing and integration of the manufactured resources belonged to the society and enterprises, and supports the cooperation and management in the enterprise group. Manufacturing resources sharing is the basical characteristic of the NM. This dissertation takes researches on the monitoring of processing process based on the NC equipment, which is the key realization technology for the networked sharing of the manufacturing equipment.Firstly, the domestic and international current research situation of the equipment resources sharing and the remote monitoring & control system(RMCS) has been elaborated in this dissertation.Through the analysis about the enterprise internal oriented characteristic of the existing RMCS, it can be seen that they can't satisfy the demands of the monitoring subject's multistage changes in the sharing environment, so it is necessary to establish the special RMCS for the networked sharing monitor platform.According to the characteristics of the shared monitoring, such as the monitoring subject's multistage changes, the ranked changes of the monitoring jurisdictions and so on, the architecture, the networked structure and also the operation flow of the shared monitoring platform have been elabortated referred to the current research achievements of the RMCS. At the meantime, by the optimized choice of the existing technology, the B/S and the XML have been respectively adopted as the circulated pattern of the whole platform and the envelopping form of various data. Lastly, the entire software system of this sharing monitoring platform has been accomplished by the use of the Servlet and the Jsp united with the JavaBean.The most visible characteristic of this sharing monitoring platform software system is that it can dynamically reconfigurate the users' monitoring interface with different modules, according to the equipment lessees' different role rank. Through the control over the different modules constitution of each user's monitoring interface, the users' monitoring jurisdictions are different from the different role of the user, and so as to meet the need of the sharing monitoring. By using Java Applet and the javax.swing class library, seventeen readable or controllable modules for five monitored parameters have been completed. With the use of multithreading technology, the server application achieved in this paper has realized two functions successfully: firstly, after plugged into the client's browser, the monitoring interface displays in the browser and then the server transmits the corresponding real-time states value to the client for the display; secondly, the server has the ability to deal the different control demands which come from several remote monitoring users at mostly the same time.At last, in order to guarantee the network transmission security of the real-time monitored data in the process of sharing monitoring, a encryption model for the XML documents has been designed, this model can offer four encryption manner, so it is flexible and applied conveniently in this sharing monitoring platform.
