Large equipment is an important sign to measure the competitiveness of scientific research institutes and enterprises. At present, high-level training and a high level of scientific research of scientific research institutes and enterprises and the management of instruments and equipment are not available in the form of a conflict situation. On the one hand, because of financial reasons some units can’t by large equipment to meet the research institutes’need. On the other hand, because of its limited scientific research ability and technology, the large equipment of some units can’t play their greatest value.In this paper, we design and complete the large equipment collaborative sharing and performance evaluation system under the network environment. This system is supported by computer technology to define, implement and manage the whole process of work flow, coordination the information exchange between each unit during the equipment operation. Aiming at many problems existing in the current resource sharing platform, we use the collaborative and data mining technology to design this system which based on B/S mode and Java platform. And we realize the function of the net application of equipment, information service, equipment appointment, job scheduling, billing management, performance evaluation, statistical analysis and so on. At last, we hope to achieve a goal of using the equipment resources reasonably, improving the work output of equipment, making a maximum service for scientific research.This paper firstly aimed at the most important problems of the sharing of the large equipment, studies the management method of informatization and network, discusses the development method, design flow; realize technology, test method and key problem of system design and development, and which should be taken in the design process. And then we discuss the flow of equipment net application. That is the enterprise or unit put the large equipment in sharing platform which belongs to them. After audited by the administrator, they can be added to the system if they are qualified. Then we analyze the flow of equipment appointment. That is users can view the equipment after login the system. They can choose the equipment which is realizing their needs and make an appointment to apply. If the administrator agreed, the applicant and the provider can reach an agreement. At last, we improve the performance evaluation methods. That is to start the billing system, the using record system and so on after the agreement is reached. After use, we will put the detail record, earnings and the related results into the performance evaluation system to complete the evaluation in the whole use process.
