Research On CPC Organs' Position And Function In The New Period

When the centre goverment of the People's Republic of China was established in 1949, the Communist Party of China(CPC) experienced transformation from a revolutionary party to a party in power .Since the adoption of reform and opening policies,China has experienced the transformation towards the market economy from the planned economy.Now China also ist ransforming from the enclosed society to the opening society; The political multipolarization, the economical globalization, the information networkization, three big development tendency, is more and more profoundly affecting and changing the world, setting new requests to CPC's party organs at all levels .About positioning and function of CPC's Organ in the New Period,the people's understanding has been limited to the leaders'indicating that was not clear and concrete, or in a vision of journalism and communication, short of comprehensive in-depth analysis in the multi-disciplinary significance involving politics, Management and so on, short of discussion about the laws , for a long time.Ambiguity and difference on understanding of CPC's party organs'position and function has initiated a series of questionsin in the practice domain of party organs. The dissertation,based on in on-the-spot investigation and a large quantity of first-hand materials,employed literature method, on-the-spotinvestigation method, content analytic method, the comparative method of analysis, historical approach. In order to seek an answer to designing and realizing CPC party organs'position and function in new times,the dissertation inspected the party organs from the angle of overseas party organs, inspected the party organs outside the party organs, inspected the theory about party organ outside the journalism, inspected the party organs'position and function from the multi-disciplinary angle of the politics,etc.Except the introductory remarks and the concluding remarks, the dissertation altogether has four chapters.The introduction defined concept of the New Period,the party organ,the position ,function and so on. The introduction also introduced this dissertation's research goal, research motive, research methods, analysis overhead construction, the correlative theories, carried on a narration and commentation on the correlative literature.The first chapter and the second chapter is a discussion about the laws with the universal significance. First, the dissertation analysed the universal laws of designing newsmedia's position and function ,the general principles of designing party organ'position and function,along with survey of overseas party organs,the relationship of parties and organs. Next, beginning with taking apart the distance between should-condition and real-condition of party organ'position and function,the dissertation focused on the analysis of realization party organ'position and function.The elaboration analysis involves four aspects contents: the influence factors that affect designing and realizeparty organs'position and function in new times ,conflict, division and co-ordination of party organ'position and function ,the appraisal of realization party organ'position and function, the short-board-effect and the coming-apart- effect in the position and function realization process ,the mires in the position and function realization process,such as the deviation and unbalance, the omission and the absence , etc.The third chapter is a discussion in the case significance.These two chapters separately elaborates the transformation of Chinese Communist Party , from a revolutionary party to a party in power ,and transformation of China in new times,from the planned economy to the market economy, from the enclosed society to the opening society, and elaborates what requests were set to Chinese Communist Party organs'position and function in the New Period.The fourth chapter discussed the adjustment of party organs'position and function in future, mainly involving analysis of necessity, feasibility and the idea analysis.Section Three proposed that the party organs may be popular, must desalinate the propaganda color, must draw support from the organizational communication in order to lighten the burden on party organs, must have a total view in the layout of party organs around the country localization and the function macroscopic division of labor, people must abandon the political culture in which newspaper layout'arrangement has close contact with the political treatment.The tag summarized this dissertation's main conclusive points and theirs applicable scope, pointed out this dissertation's limitations, put forward proposals for following research..
