Design And Implementation Of Party Affairs Management System In Party And Government Organs

Since the rapid development of self-confidence information technology in China,the Party's information construction has never stopped,but with the shift and deepening of the focus of the Party's work,Party committees at all levels have a new understanding of the information construction of Party affairs.Since the 19th National Congress of the Party,Party committees at all levels have attached great importance to Party building work to a new historical level.There is no distinction between the importance of Party affairs.Party affairs such as membership,assessment,activities and study are the key tasks in Party construction.Through the strength of the organizational department,Party branch members and other individual party members,it is difficult to effectively carry out the relevant party work under the condition of ensuring the excellent completion of the regular staff,and then the information construction of party work has also been put on the agenda by the local Party committee.This paper takes a city party and government organ as an example to design,develop and apply the party affairs management system.In order to ensure the smooth development of party affairs under the support of information system,this study mainly based on full investigation,gradually formed research objectives,and formed the expected research results through analysis and design.This paper firstly shortens the development cycle of the system through.NET platform,improves the data processing efficiency by using SQL Server 2012,and introduces Ajax and its framework to enhance the page data processing ability and reduce the server working pressure.Secondly,using UML modeling tools,we complete the analysis and design of the core functions of Party member file management,admission process management,party affairs activity management,Party member evaluation management,including use case analysis,sequence diagram design,E-R diagram design and core work implementation.Finally,the application of object-oriented thinking,through C#to complete the system business logic,to meet the expected functions to achieve the goal,the formation of a party and government organs can eventually be applied to the management of party affairs software system.The final results show that through this study and practical application,better feedback effect has been obtained,which has reference value for the construction of information technology of Party committees at the same level.
