Research On Client Customization Production Design System Based On Web Services

In information era, computer and network technology have been the necessary technology sustain of product design and development. Because of the widespread application of computer aided application system, the speed, level and quality have been improved. With the globalization of economy, the competition of market is more and more intense. The individuation demand of clients has improved and changed, which leads the management pattern to change from "centered-on products" to "centered-on clients". Studying the design theory and technology of client customization products, which satisfied the clients' individuation demand has great significance.The present situation of research on application system based on Web Services is analyzed, and combined with the design theory and research results of individuation products. On the basis of these, the key technology of client customization product design system based on Web Services is the research keystone. The main contents are presented as following.(1) To satisfy the dynamic, family, wholeness, integration and participation of individuation product information model, multi-layer product information model is presented. It divides production information model into: function component model layer, structure assignment model layer and part character model layer. Multi-layer product information modeling method is established.(2) Modeling principle of agile acquisition of individuation products demands based on multi-spacial demand model is researched. The demand analysis process model (from demand to product) and counter seeking demand analysis process model (from product to demand) are presented, which provide the rounded solution of demand description and input of individuation products.(3) The dynamic design alliance model framework is presented, which is made up of overall model and partial model. Through the workflow view, physics view, organization view and information view, the internal structure and relationship of dynamic design alliance are described from different sides; furthermore UML object model is used to describe the model. In construct dynamic design alliance, member design capability and relation matrix expression method of sub-mission and members are put forward. Then bring forward two algorithm of choosing member: least member rule and algorithm, and mission focus rule and algorithm. Use dynamic design alliance four-dimensional workflowmodel based on subdivision of mission: mission submodel, implementation submodel, data submodel and organization submodel. The four-dimensional workflow model is described using class model in UML.(4) Function demand of client customization product design system is colligated. Then the general framework design of client customization product design system based on Web Services is presented. And the general framework design of main subsystems such as: client demand analysis subsystem, dynamic design alliance subsystem and product information modeling subsystem are given.
