In recent years,3D printing technology has been rapidly developed,due to its high printing precision,material saving,environmental protection,complex structure,simple molding,etc.,has been widely recognized by society.However,due to the high cost of industrial high-precision 3D printing equipment,enterprises and individuals are limited in purchasing and using 3D printing equipment.At the same time,the domestic 3D printing equipment is concentrated in the printing enterprises,most of the knowledge and human resources gathered in research institutes and universities,these equipment,personnel and knowledge are not integrated into a complete industrial structure through practical application,resulting in a great resource Waste phenomenon.According to the current 2.0 model of people-oriented innovation,and promote the "production and research" requirements,the urgent need to service system to the existing 3D printing technology resources into an overall service industry,so that the real 3D printing technology for users to meet the needs of Innovation 2.0 Mode 3D printing needs of all aspects,the formation of "industry-university research" business model structure,prompting the 3D printing industry innovation and large-scale development.Based on the requirements of multi-stakeholder in the whole product life cycle and the demand of 3D printing product service system based on the five innovative features in the 2.0 innovation mode,this project constructs the service and model of the product system service platform through scenario analysis,and maps the product service system Has the function,constitute the product service system platform.The main contents of the thesis include the following points:1.3D printing product service system requirements analysis from two perspectives of full life cycle and innovation 2.0 mode.Analyze the shortcomings of current 3D printed product service market,analyze the 3D print product service system life cycle and the needs of stakeholders,and innovate the service system in innovation 2.0 mode.With the relevant literature and cases to further stakeholders and product service system from the establishment of demand extraction.Based on Kano model theory,the related method is used to judge the attribute of demand.The requirements are categorized by quantitative analysis to guide the design of services for subsequent product service system platforms.2.Service model of 3D printing product service system based on scenarioanalysis.Based on user needs,map out the main service categories of product service system platform.By means of scenario analysis,based on user requirements,the key factors,analysis possibilities and simulation scenarios are deduced to derive the main services and service modes of 3D printing product service system platform.3.3D print product service system function construction process.According to all kinds of service mode,service mode and product service system function mapping,draw 3D printing product service system should include the main function elements and sub-function elements.According to the obtained functional elements,the overall function model of the 3D printing product service system is planned and laid out to determine the overall function of the 3D printing product service system.Finally,the sub-functions of the functional process description,combined with the use of functional scenarios to get the sub-function workflow model.4.3D print product service system platform interface design.By summarizing the main functions and sub-functions of the 3D printing product service system,the online page function and the entity function of the 3D printing product service system are summarized.The human-computer interaction theory is applied to the webpage design of the product service system so that the page design meets the users' requirements.The online functions and offline functions of the product service platform are aggregated together through the webpage of the entire product service system to make the 3D Print product service system to provide users with 3D printing services.
