By the requirement of the application and development of modern logistics technology, this paper focuses on the research of monitoring, management and computer simulation of Complete Logistics Equipment (CLE), combining the development of modern science and technology, especially the application of computer technology, communication technology and information management technology . The thesis consists of the followings:Basis : On the background of modern production logistics , the development and structure of modern production logistics system and the role it plays in modern producing and manufacturing system is expatiated. The paper details: (1) the hardware configuration and function of each layer in hierarchical control system for CLE;(2) the function of modern production logistics monitoring system, especially the characters and management of multi-process logistics monitoring system;(3) the Automatic Warehouse, Automatic Guided Vehicles (AGV), Auto Loading/Unloading Robot, Automated Sorting and Buffer System, Auto Palletizer , Transfer and Transport Equipment for loading/unloading such as conveyor chain conveyor etc. in CLE in modern production logistics system;(4) the changes of management functions in modern production logistics and the character of logistics system database.Research: In order to actualize the monitoring of logistics flow, gather and transmit data in all levels in hierarchical control system, the paper conducts the research on Hybrid Simulation of Production Logistics Equipment based on the Configurational Industry Control Network, especially on the control principle and control structure of modern production logistics system as well as the management software and arithmetic of Automatic Warehouse . Around the idea of improving the design , management and control ability of modern production logistics system, combining the development of related computer technology, this paper proposes a new control algorithm and new program designing idea to providetheory basis for instructing practical use. The paper proposes and conducts the followings: (1) the hybrid simulation model of modern production logistics control system;(2) the hierarchical designing concepts and practical methods to realize the production logistics control system;(3) a network mode about the monitoring and management of CLE is proposed and the research about the communication technology based on this mode;(4) the control program algorithm of Storage Location Management based on neural network and the design of stock in/out management software;(5) a new method to analyze discrete logistics simulation system by use of PETRI network modeling technology, Object-Oriented and Graphics-Based simulation environment.Application: (1) A concrete project for monitoring CLE and a three-stage control form as well as the system operation technique combining the physical model of CLE and actualizing the automatic operation and process monitoring of system is proposed;(2) The principle of designing state diagram and state chain to design control program of each kind of complicated conveyance equipment system is adopted;(3) The Petri model for CLE and the capability analysis of physical model through the comprehensive use of Object-Oriented and Graphics-Based simulation software is completed;(4) The stock in/out efficiency is greatly improved by using the control arithmetic of Storage Location Management based on the neural network to design the stock in/out management software.
