Production logistics is the basic condition, that keep enterprise productionrunning continuously. The whole process of production from raw material to finishedgoods all need the supporting of production system. In the production logistics systemof workshop, chaotic facilities and unreasonable logistics can disorganize transportroutes, increase the handling volume and the cost of production, at the same time itwill also affect material supply in time, cause unnecessary waiting time and makeproduction efficiency lowly. So, optimizing enterprise workshop logistics system toreduce costs and improve production efficiency has an important significance. But theproduction logistics is reasonable or not, mainly depend on the rationality oftechnology and facility layout, decorating workshop facility mainly includesoptimizing the facilities configuration to make the material flow smoothly, reducecarrying amount and improve the efficiency of the production running. Scientific,systematic and comprehensive analyzing of the workshop production logistics systemoperation situation and improving the rationality of facility layout is an importantmeans to enhance competitiveness in today’s manufacturing enterprises.This paper first studied the relevant theories of production logistics system,expounded the target and basic types of facility layout, did detailed analysis of theoptimization method of the facility layout and logistics, and proposed the theory ofoptimizing production workshop logistics system by using Systematic Layoutplanning (SLP). Secondly, put the optimization of the workshop production logisticssystem of company T as a background, collected beverage production system data ofone fast-moving consumer goods manufacturing enterprises, analysed it’s workshopproduction status, found out the existing problems in the production logistics system,and used the theory of SLP to improve facility layout. By means of analyzing therelationship between different operation departments, confirmed position correlationdiagram and decorated again, it get the reasonable solution to solve the problems ofthe workshop production logistics. Then, based on system simulation technology research, used the eM-Plant software to simulate the original scheme an improvedscheme of the workshop facility layout, built the line layout simulation models.Through the simulation data sorting, global variable setting, and writing from-to tablegenerator to control the simulation process in relevant constraints, to operatedsimulation models, get corresponding simulation results. Finally, by comparing twosimulation results, we can see that the production system total through put decreasedby14.27%, it can reduce the handling cost and improves the working efficiency. Sowe know, improving the facility layout can make the workshop logistics system get avery good improvement.
