As a result, we must apply advanced management methods, create innovation, continuously improve Machine-building and processing management level. The concept and the idea of logistics have changed deeply along with the development of productivity, social economy and improvement of science and technology. The production logistics is the important part that an enterprise produces and managing, it is the source of creating" the third profit" and the foundation of the social great logistics system too. Knowing and researching the basic principles and laws of the production logistics will befavorable to the optimization of the enterprise logistics and help to drive the enterprise competition. In all types of manufacturing enterprises, the production logistics in multi-product and small-batch type manufacturing enterprises can say that it has the typical characteristics most. So This article brings forward an idea of applying computer simulation to simulate the operation system of Machine-building and processing. It can offer the decision by applying this simulation method.This article has seven chapters. The first chapter is introduction, itspecifies the research back ground ,significant of this article, andintroduces the main content. The second chapter introduces Theproduction logistics and the new research result of world. The third chapter analysis the parts manufacturing operation system, explainsthe operation content, peration flow, the basic regulation of rationally organizing operation process of the Machine-building and processing center, the factors of evaluating the efficiency of operation center indetail. The forth chapter introduces the simulation method choice of Machine-building and processing system. According to the characters and simulation desire of the Machine parts manufacturing system, this article adopts GPSS World (General Process Simulation System)to simulate. On the basis of the third chapter, the fifth chapter more detailed tells the research aim, system confine and the input data needed to be collected of the machine operation system simulation. It also provides the flow chart and program plot of the simulation mould, builds the simulation mould of the Machine-building and processing system. It steers the realization of the Machine-building and processing system simulation. The sixth chapter carries out the simulation of Machine Production Logistics System in choosing new factory building planning. The seventh chapter make a conclusion and took a long view of this issues.This article realizes the simulation of the Machine parts manufacturing system according to the practice, by combining with theory analyzing, provides a new thought and method for the Machine-building and processing management. |
