Considering the development of different regions and the difference in resource distribution,when an emergency occurs,we need to transport rescue materials from all parts of the country to the disaster area as soon as possible,and often there are unreasonable places in the deployment and transportation of rescue materials in rescue work Problems,and the existence of these problems will inevitably affect the efficiency of emergency rescue work.This thesis studies the application of Multi-agent system in distributed group decision-making process to solve complex Multi-objective optimization problems.This thesis conducts a more in-depth study on emergency supplies supply chain management in solving emergencies,and combines Multi-agent systems,distributed data storage,and group decision theory to establish Multi-agents that can be applied to emergency rescue work in the context of emergencies.The system group decision model,the main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the process of rescue supplies supply chain management and potential decision problems in emergencies,the use of distributed databases to build distributed databases to achieve unified management of decentralized data,and the establishment of distributed group decisions based on Multi-agent systems Model,build supply chain collaborative management framework and information platform,make group decisions on the allocation of materials and transportation routes in emergency rescue activities,and output decision suggestions.(2)Simulated tests were carried out on the material transportation route decision in the current 2019-n Co V pneumonia epidemic,and the decision suggestions were output for reference,so as to prove the feasibility and versatility of the model and show that the research content of this thesis has certain practical significance.This thesis encapsulates the solutions to various problems in emergency rescue work into decision-making knowledge,and defines the organizations involved in decision-making at all levels as intelligent agents,combined with the autonomy and negotiation of agents in a distributed environment 1.The advantages of collaboration to deploy the decision-making environment for emergency rescue work.Under the premise of protecting its own interests,through the interaction between Agents,the problem of material allocation and transportation in emergency rescue work is jointly completed through coordination,collaboration,and negotiation.
