Under the background that more and more mergers and acquisitions occur, the research about the informationalization of it is too little, and the normative application has not emerged, however. This paper raises the issue of researching on Decision Support System in M&A, to start the normative research on the informationalization in M&A, implement on it, and attest its feasibility.The first part of this paper analyses the demand of Evaluating Decision Support System in Mergers and Acquisitions, compares the differences among the methods of evaluating in mergers and acquisitions, builds the structure of the system and its functions, and concludes what is the essential part of the paper, including data warehouse designing, model base designing, interface management and demonstrating of the system. Secondly, this paper finishes the part of data warehouse designing, which includes making sure the contents of the data warehouse, analyzing the data using the tool of OLAP, building the logical schemas of the data warehouse, and researching on the management of the data warehouse. The third part constructs the model base system, designing the structure of it, establishing the models, and finally competing the management part of it. The next part researches on the interface management, to finish the integration of the system. In the last part of this paper, the work is demonstrating the informationlization through a merger case analyzing.Based on the work above, this paper brings forward the improvement of MAEDSS that can made, puts forward the following research that should be done, and tables a propose that which tool is suitable for the implement of the system prospective.
