Intelligent Group Decision Support System Of Multi-library Collaborative Management Research And Implementation

This paper is supported by National 10th Five-Year Plan foundation—Group decision support system, Pilot assistant decision support AI system and intelligent-agent-based multimedia communication and meeting system. The joint effort of the three programs referred to above—Multimedia group intelligent decision support system has won high appraisement of the experts of Technology and Industry for National Defense of China.With development of global information technology, decision support systems have been more widely adopted, whose typical application includes Military Programming Intelligent Decision Support System (MPIDSS) used in future battles. However, it is most difficult to research the technology of distributed decision support system whose decision process has the characteristics of multi-task and real-time. Based on the technologies of decision support system (DSS) group decision support system (GDSS) and distributed decision support system (DDSS), with the theory of system engineering and artificial intelligence such as knowledge engineering, Agent, etc, intelligent group decision support system has probed into the different parts of the whole system, including database system, knowledge base system, model base system, multimedia meeting system and spatial decision support system.The focus of paper is on the database platform management and the application of intelligent Agent. In the first part, function of database system and corresponding application scheme are discussed and management support needed by the database system is analyzed. In the second part, mobile Agent technology and multi Agent technology are adopted to realize the inference immune database system and the generation of model chain respectively.
