Along with the population fast increase and economic development of area, emergency problem is stressed increasingly. The construction of local emergency decision support system( LEDSS )will raise the level and decision efficiency of local emergency management greatly .In system, there is a lot of knowledge and problem existing dynamic fuzzy , so, in this paper LEDSS is designed and studied with the method based on the theory of dynamic fuzzy logic .The major research conclusion of this paper include:( i )This paper has carried out analyse and design for local emergency decision support system , and established place the construction of local emergency decision support system.(ii) This research has designed database subsystem for local emergency decision support system, as to offer strong reference basis for policymaker's correct decision.(iii)This study has designed the model base and its management system for local emergency decision support system, and given the algorithm principle that model realizes in model base.(iv)Based on the theory of dynamic fuzzy logic( DFL), the knowledge base of LEDSS is designed , and a method of knowledge expression based on dynamic fuzzy production and a kind of new and practical quantification method of dynamic fuzzy have been put forward.(v )The conversion from traditional reasoning rules to DF reasoning rules is carries out.This paper which shows higher theoretical value and social-economic benefit,is also helpful to the research of local emergency , decision support system and dynamic fuzzy logic.
