Process decision is a important content of CAPP's system development,its science of decision determine CAPP practical and intelligent competence of system. Up until now, numerous CAPP systems employed for enterprise,are mainly based on what two-dimensional CAD platform develops, belong to"filling out the tabular form"or"searching type"system,its decision-making process depends on Process personnel's knowledge and experience. This paper foundation on three-dimensional CAD system adopts the characteristic of the model technology, turn design characteristic of CAD into characteristic of making , and realize the intelligent of Process decision with artificial intelligence method, have developed the Process decision system based on entity's model on the basis of UG software platform.This paper is on the basis that the current situation of study on CAPP system,existing problem carry network analysis,have established the Process decision method combined achieving type with generative type, construct the systematic ensemble architecture,employ the mixed programming technology between Visual C++ and Visual Prolog language , have developed every function module and procedure interface of the Process knowledge base;Employ the draw characteristic technology, draw the model characteristic from three-dimensional CAD software UG directly, and supplement process information by importing mutually, set up the intact part information model suitable for process decision;Go on foundation that sum up and summarize to process design knowledge, this paper builds up the knowledge base about the process knowledge, and support from the developing instrument of artificial intelligence Visual Prolog, developed the module of systematic knowledge base and process decision;On the basis of backward deduce,match with rule,employ preferential coefficient,tree of decision,step of worker and on the basis of regular composite decision, have realized the preparation method of part is chosen,process route arrange in an order,lathe and cutter choose,process surplus and cut determination of consumption key process parameter...
