?Objective? To construct a questionnaire of early activity knowledge and behavior of ICU medical staff and investigate the knowledge and behavior of ICU medical staff in3-A-Grade General Hospital of Haikou. This paper analyzes the cognition, attitude and development of the early activities of ICU medical staff in 3-A-Grade General Hospital of Haikou, finds out the existing problems, and provides the improvement basis for the better implementation of the implementation plan of the early activities.?Methods? The Delphi expert's letter of inquiry was used to consult the two rounds of experts to complete the development of the questionnaire, and the pre-investigation was carried out through 143 samples to form the questionnaire.A interview was used to conduct an interview with medical personnel carrying out early activities,to obtain more information.A randomized stratified sampling method was used to investigate408 medical personnel by 6 ICU sections in four 3-A-Grade General Hospital of Haikou, respectively.Data were collected by Excel 2010,t-test and one-way ANOVA were carried out by SPSS 24.0,and descriptive methods such as frequency distribution, rate and composition ratio were adopted.Further correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the early activities of ICU medical staff in Haikou.?Results?1.Structure The first entry of the questionnaire was 34 After two rounds of expert correspondence,32 entries were finally determined. The coefficient of coordination ofthe experts was 0.204 and 0.379,and it was of statistical significance(P <0.05).2.Pre-investigation After pre-investigation of 143 samples, the overall reliability Cronbach's Alpha is 0.893,which indicates that the overall reliability is better. The content validity of the questionnaire is good.31 items were established by correlation analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, and the structural validity of the questionnaire was good, and the final version of the questionnaire was formed.3.Formal investigation Though random stratified sampling.Separate Seven ICU departments of 4 top three general hospitals of Haikou were investigated. The main results are as follows:(1)Four general hospitals of Haikou City were investigated,424 questionnaires were sent out,412 questionnaires were recovered,408 valid questionnaires were collected, and the effective recovery rate was96.23%.(2)The results of this survey show that the early activity of ICU medical staff is related to knowledge and practice.Total Score Average score69.34±14.59(32~111points),The average knowledge situation is 20.42±6.12(11~40 points)The mean score of belief was 17.54±5.00(9~32points),behavior Mean score 29.19±6.41(11~44 points). It can be seen that the knowledge, belief and behavior of ICU doctors and nurses about early activities are at a relatively low level. The difference in total score is large.(3)The holding condition of the early activities of the medical staff in the ICU was affected by age, education, professional title and working life of the intensive care unit(P<0.001,P=0.014,P=0.012,P=0.033),among which, the age was large, the degree of education was high, the grade of professional title was high, and the working time of the intensive care unit was higher.(4)In the early activities of ICU,there was a positive correlation between knowledge and belief, belief and behavior(P<0.01),The correlation among them was between 0.360 and 0.767,Conformed to the content of the theory of KAP.The correlation between behavior and knowledge of doctor was better than nurses(0.498>0.360),and the correlation behaviors and beliefs of nurses was better than doctors(0.436>0.376).(5)Multiple factor analysis of early activity knowledge, belief and attitude ofhealth care workers showed that belief influenced the behavior of early activity, age and belief of nurses in ICU.Age and belief of nurses affected the behavior of nurses in early activity(F=14.812,P<0.001).professional titles and beliefs influence early activity behavior of doctors(F=5.544,P<0.001).?Conclusion?1.In this study, finished a self-made questionnaire on the knowledge, attitude and practice of early activities about ICU Medical staff of 3-A-Grade General Hospital in Haikou by Delphi expert correspondence. The Split half reliability is 0.726,Cronbach's Alpha of reliability is 0.893.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the three factors could explain 51.068% of the total variation. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire are good.2.The general score of the condition of the medical staff of 3-A-Grade General Hospital ICU in Haikou is lower, there are great differences in individual scores, the situation is not optimistic. The knowledge of early activities is lacking, the sense of belief in early activities is weak, and the behavior of early activities is inadequate.3.In the general information, age, education, title,ICU years of serviceIs an important factor in early activity;Belief is an important factor affecting the early activity behavior of medical and nursing staff.4.There is an urgent need to improve the knowledge and practice of the early activities of ICU medical staff of 3-A-Grade General Hospital ICU in Haikou. We should vigorously strengthen the training of knowledge, skills and beliefs in early activities, and pay attention to the combination of theory and skills;Make full use of the influencing factors, pay attention to the positive role of age, educational background, professional title and ICU working years, pay attention to the particularity of different groups of doctors and nurses.Formulate a scientific and reasonable early activity plan as soon as possible,Hospitals and management departments should strengthen the
