Objective:To construct the Questionnaire on the KAP of Surgical Staff on ERAS,and investigate the KAP of surgical staffs on ERAS in grade A hospitals in Shandong province.Further, analyze the influencing factors to provide reference and help to strengthen the related training for medical institutions, and to provide theoretical basis for promoting the clinical application of ERAS.Methods:Firstly, the Delphi Method was adopted, carrying out two rounds of expert consultation for the self-designed questionnaire to form the original questionnaire.Secondly, the original questionnaire was pre-surveyed among an small sample of 120 surgical staffs to form a formal questionnaire.Finally,550 surgical staffs were recruited and assessed by the convenient sampling method from three grade A hospitals in Shandong province. The SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis, mainly including descriptive statistics, composition ratio, single factor variance analysis and multiple regression analysis.Results:1.Results of expert consultationAfter two Delphi rounds of expert consultation with 18 experts in the fields of surgical medical, nursing, medical education research, the opinions of the experts were converged, and the Survey on the KAP of Surgical Staff on ERAS with 3 domains and 60 subdomains was formed eventually. After two rounds of expert consultation, the expert authority coefficients turn out to be both 0.889,and the expert positive coefficients are 90%and 100%respectively,and the expert opinion coordination coefficients are 0.204 and 0.406 respectively(P<0.05),and the content validity index(CVI)is 0.913,which indicates that the result of this consultation is scientific, reasonable and reliable.2.Results of pre-survey resultsA preliminary survey of 120 surgical staffs was conducted, and the result of the reliability test of the questionnaire was good. The Cronbach's alpha of overall reliability was 0.959,and the Cronbach's alpha of all dimensions distributed from 0.919 to 0.979.On this basis,a formal survey questionnaire was formed.3.Results of formal surveyAmong 550 surgical staffs, the total score of KAP on ERAS was 221.87±30.90(the range of 140-300),and attitude score was the highest, which was 84.64±9.40,followed by practical score. The average practical score was 76.24±12.63.The knowledge score was the worst, and its average was 60.99±17.88.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the correlations between knowledge, attitude and practice were significant positive, with the correlation coefficient r ranging from 0.371 to 0.384,all P<0.001.Using the scores of the three aspects of KAP as the dependent variables respectively, and the general information data of the subjects included as independent variables, the regression equations for regression analysis were conducted. The multiple linear regression analysis showed that the main influencing factors of the knowledge score are education(? =0.126,P<0.05)and department:Gynecology(?=-0.179,P<0.05),Orthopedics(? =-0.137,P<0.05),neurosurgery(? =-0.189,P<0.05);the main influencing factors of the attitude score are occupation(? = 0.164,P<0.05),education(? = 0.181,P<0.05),administrative post(? =0.140,P<0.05),department Gynecology(?=-0.140,P<0.05).However,in the term of practical scores, the general information was not statistically significant.Further, using practical scores as the dependent variable, and the knowledge scores, attitude scores as the independent variables in regression analysis, the results showed that the knowledge scores(? = 0.284,P<0.001),the attitude score(?= 0.270,P<0.001 can significantly predict practical scores.Conclusion:1.A self-designed questionnaire with good reliability and validity can be used as an evaluation tool for medical institutions to evaluate the KAP of surgical staff on ERAS.2.The survey showed that the overall KAP score of the surgical staff on ERAS was acceptable, among which the surgical staffs did best in the aspect of attitude, but worst in the aspect of knowledge.3.There were significant differences in the aspect of knowledge among the people with different educational backgrounds and departments;there was a significant difference in the aspect of attitude among the people with different occupation, education backgrounds, administrative posts and departments. There was no significant difference in the aspect of practice, and its main influencing factors were knowledge and attitude scores.
