| Objectives:By investigating the status quo of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit nurse about knowledge,attitude and practice on Medical Adhseive Related Skin Injury in The third-class Hospital,to acknowledge the influence factors about knowledge,attitude and practice on the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit nurse of Medical Adhseive Related Skin Injury,to put forward opinion and the suggestion that improve Neonatal Intensive Care Unit nurse ability of preventing Medical Adhseive Related Skin Injury,provide reference for Medical Adhseive Related Skin Injury management to reduce the incidence of Medical Adhseive Related Skin Injury and improve the satisfaction of family members.Methods:The study adopted convenient sampling method.This study selected 212 NICU nurses from four third-class hospitals as the survey subjects during July to September of 2017.The questionnaire consists of two parts:the general data of NICU nurses and the investigation of Nurses Knowledge,Attitude and Practice on Medical Adhseive Related Skin Injury among Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.The researcher distributed and collected the questionnaires on the site,and valid questionnaires were recorded by Epidata3.1,and statistical analysis was performed by the SPSS23.0.Descriptive analysis was used to described general data,using t-test,one-way ANOVA to analyze whether there was any difference of MARSI knowledge,attitude and practice between the NICU nurses with different demographic data.The influence factors of affecting the NICU nurses MARSI knowledge,attitude and practice was analyed by Multiple stepwise regression.Results:1.In this study,240 questionnaires were distributed and recovered,212 questionnaires were valid,the recovery rate was 100%,the effective recovery rate was88.33%.2.The questionnaire overall full mark is 206 points,the average score was(175.79± 22.91)points;the full mark of knowledge part is 16 points,the average score was(12.07±3.49)points;the full mark of attitude part is 55 points,the average score was(48.34±6.54)points;the practice part's full mark is 135 points,the average score was(115.36 ± 15.96)points.After turned to percentage,the NICU nurses' s average score of the entirety,knowledge,attitude and practice of MARSI were 85.33% ?75.44%?87.89%?85.45% respectively.3.In the knowledge survey of NICU nurses of MARSI,the average scores of all dimensions ranged from the highest to the lowest as follows:the Neonatal skin characteristics(82.80%),risk factors of MARSI(82.50%),mechanism of MARSI(71.50%),treatment of MARSI(69.00%),definition of MARSI(68.00%).On the attitude survey of NICU nurses of MARSI,the average scores of all dimensions ranged from the highest to the lowest as follows:awareness of implementation of the norms(90.40%),the initiative to master relevant knowledge(88.75%),standardized management awareness of MARSI(86.24%).On the practice survey of NICU nurses of MARSI,the average scores of all dimensions ranged from the highest to the lowest as follows:the use of dressing(89.10%),effective skin evaluation(85.60%),the use of medical adhesives(84.91%),prevention of infection(84.47%).4.The results of the single factor analysis shows that the knowledge part score of MARSI have statistically difference(P<0.05)on the age,gender,Nurse-job seniority,title,marital status,wound nurses,province,and whether they had received relevant training of MARSI.The attitude score of NICU nurses of MARSI have a statistically difference(P<0.05)on age,title,nature of work,wound nurse,provinces,and whether they had received relevant training of MARSI.The practice score of NICU nurses of MARSI have statistically difference(P<0.05)on age,Nurse-job seniority,and whether they had received relevant training of MARSI.5.There is a positive correlations between knowledge,attitudes,and practice related to the MARSI of NICU nurses.As Multivariate stepwise regression analysis results shows that factors such as age,title were entered regression equation of theNICU nurses of MARSI knowledge;age,whether receive related training of MARSI were entered regression equation of the NICU nurses of MARSI attitude;age was entered regression equation of the NICU nurses of MARSI practice.Conclusion:1.The attitude part and practice part score of NICU nurses of MARSI was good,the knowledge part score were lower.Indicates that NICU nurses paid enough attention to prevent and control MARSI.But they are lack of mastering the MARSI knowledge,and the protective behavior of MARSI should be standardized.Therefore,the knowledge level of the NICU nurse MARSI needs to be further improved,the compliance of the MARSI protection behavior needs to be further strengthened.2.The lowest score of all dimension of NICU nurses of MARSI knowledge,attitude and practice were mechanism of MARSI,treatment of MARSI and definition of MARSI;the highest score were awareness of implementation of the norms,the initiative to master relevant knowledge and the use of dressing.The NICU nurses' attitude toward protecting MARSI is good,poorer knowledge level,and poor compliance with protective behaviors.3.The knowledge,attitude and practice on NICU nurses of MARSI were affected by many factors,the factors which affected the NICU nurses of MARSI knowledge level were the age and title;the main factors which were affected the NICU nurses of MARSI attitude include age,whether they have received relevant training of MARSI,and the main factor which were affected the NICU nurses of MARSI practice level was age.4.The NICU nurses should strengthen the learning and training of MARSI related knowledge,improve awareness of protection,standardize protective behaviors,and achieve a harmonious unity of knowledge,attitude and practice. |
