Research background The key points should have been the occupational exposure of medical staff in hospital quality management.China has become the most extensive hepatitis B virus(HBV)carries in the world.The risk of being exposed to HBV carriers is higher than others when the medical staff serve the patients.This is a matter of cardinal significance to understand the knowledge,attitude and behavior of HBV among medical staff,to discuss how to avoid the occupation exposure of medical staff in the new situation,to treat hepatitis patients scientifically and reasonably.It is extremely important to make some suggestions and prevent countermeasures to protect the health of medical staff.Research objective To understand the knowledge,attitudes and behavior status of hepatitis B in the medical staff in Xiajin County,and to analyze the factors affecting the degree of knowledge of hepatitis B,so as to make some suggestions and preventive measures.To improve cognition about the prophylaxis of HBV among medical staff,to regulate a specification of attitudes and behaviors effectively,to provide references for controlling the occurrence of HBV infection by occupational exposure.Research method The questionnaire of medical staff were from several medical institutions in Xiajin County,Dezhou City in March 2015.The study population was from different institutions,which among 3 hospitals at second-class level and above,2 township hospitals,1 Community Health Service Center(station)and 20 village health rooms.The subjects were include clinical departments,clinical auxiliary departments and administrative departments.The investigation content includes:the knowledge,attitudes and behavior status of preventing hepatitis B in the medical staff.A total of 265 questionnaires were sent out and 256 valid questionnaires were recovered.The response rate was 96.60%.The data were double entered in the EPI Data3.0 software.?2 Test and multivariate Logistic regression were used by the SPSS 15.0 software in the study.Research results The score of knowledge of hepatitis B was 10.21±1.39,and there were 66.80%of the staff psychological having discrimination on the hepatitis B virus carriers.There were 67.97%of the medical staff do not understand the related policies of the national prevention and control of hepatitis B.31.25%of the medical staff are skeptical of the efficacy and safety of the national immunization vaccine.The doctors who came from hospitals at second-class level and above,aged from 30 to 50 years old,with higher education and a mid-level title have a high awareness had a better level of the prevention and control knowledge of hepatitis B(P<0.05).From the single factor analysis and the multivariate Logistic regression showed that the higher level of education is,the better the degree of knowledge of hepatitis B of medical personnel will be(P<0.05).The knowledge level of hepatitis B of doctors is higher than that of other medical staff(P<0.05).The medical staff with different titles have different knowledge levels of hepatitis B(P<0.05).Conclusion and Significance Although the overall medical personnel have a better knowledges of hepatitis B,but there is still a considerable part of the medical staff lack of the awareness of the high risk of HBV infection of their own.The medical staff should be strengthened some publicity about the publicity and training of hepatitis B prevention policy and knowledge,and improve the awareness of hepatitis B knowledge and the ability of self-protection,so as to make the medical staff fully understand the relevant policies of preventing hepatitis B,and eliminate their discrimination on patients with hepatitis B infection.
