Objective:Understand the status of college students' AIDS health information literacy,compare the differences of AIDS health information literacy among college students from different backgrounds,And explore the influencing factors of college students' AIDS health information literacy.Methods:Using self-designed questionnaire of AIDS health information literacy and Yan Baobin's compiling understanding social support scale investigated 1158 college students of a comprehensive university in Wuhan in October to November,2017.Using SPSS 20.0Statistical Software t test,analysis of variance,Pearson correlation analysis,and multiple linear regression analysis of data.Results:1.The total score of AIDS health information literacy was 125.35±14.334,and the score rate was 67.8%.The scores of health information awareness,health information knowledge,health information ability and health information morality(score rate)were9.43±1.732(62.9%),40.31±6.312(67.2%),59.80±7.601(66.4%),15.82±2.075(79.1%).2.There was a positive correlation between the each dimension of AIDS health information literacy of college students.3.Different gender of college students' AIDS health information literacy total score difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).the four dimensions of health information awareness,health information knowledge,health information ability and health information morality score differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of male students in the two dimensions of health information knowledge and health information ability were higher than female,and the scores of male students in the two dimensions of health information awareness and health information morality were lower than female.4.Different professional subject categories of college students' AIDS health information literacy total score,and the two dimensions of health information knowledge and health information ability score differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Science and engineering scored higher than in literature and history,art.5.Different grades of college students' AIDS health information literacy total score,and the two dimensions of health information knowledge and health information ability score differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),senior scored higher than freshman,sophomore,and junior.6.Different nationalities of college students' AIDS health information literacy total score and each dimension score differences were no statistically significant(P>0.05).7.Whether the single-parent family of college students' AIDS health information literacy total score and each dimension score differences were no statistically significant(P >0.05).8.Whether the only child of college students' AIDS health information literacy total score,and the two dimensions of health information knowledge and health information ability score differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of the only child was higher than the non-only child.9.Different family per capita annual income of college students AIDS health information literacy total score,and the three dimensions of health information awareness,health information knowledge and health information ability score differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The higher the family per capita annual income,the higher the score.10.Different family location of colloge students AIDS health information literacy total score and each dimension score differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Families in cities' colloge students scored higher than in rural areas.11.Different parental education level of college students AIDS health information literacy total score,and the two dimensions of health information knowledge and health information ability score differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The higher the parents' education level,the higher the score.12.There was a positive correlation between age and the AIDS health information ability(r=0.061,P<0.05).13.There was a positive correlation between AIDS health information literacy and the each dimension of understanding social support.14.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of AIDS health information literacy were gender,grade,professional subject category,family location,family support,friend support.Conclusion:1.The level of AIDS health information literacy of college students is low.2.The influencing factors of AIDS health information literacy of college students are gender,grade,professional subject category,family location,family support,friend support.
