| With the deep fusion of medical and health information and the Internet,the search behavior of network health information becomes more and more frequent.College students are young people who have received higher education and have a strong ability to accept and master emerging network technology.Therefore,they are able to search for health information through the network more frequently and deeply.The existing researches on the influencing factors of network health information behavior mainly focus on the demographics and health literacy aspects such as gender,age,income,health status and educational level.Few researches are analyzed from the perspective of emotional cognition,social culture,situation and network media,instead,they usually focusing on several or some influencing factors.So,the comprehensiveness of the influencing factors of network health information search behavior needs to be further strengthened.In pace with the implementation of the strategy of "Healthy China",the General Office of the State Council further put forward the development suggestions for improving the "Internet+Medical Health" service system."Internet+Medical Health"has become an important way to enhance the health literacy of the entire people and cultivate a healthy lifestyle.Network health information search behavior is affected by complex social and economic environment and network environment.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the influencing factors of network health information search behavior comprehensively to help people better access to health information on the network and solve health problems.In this study,based on the perspective of information ecology,the author combined social cognitive theory,technology acceptance model theory and interaction relations theory,took college students as the research object,collected data by semi-structured interview method,extracted the influencing factors by thematic analysis method,constructed the influencing factor model of online health information search behavior of college students from the perspective of information ecology,and made an in-depth analysis of the characteristics and forms of the influencing factors,so as to explore the interaction between the factors and the influencing factors,and finally to put forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions for the acquisition of online health information of college students.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Combined with the research on the search behavior of network health information and information ecology theory,the connotation and factors of network health information search behavior of college students from the perspective of information ecology are defined,and the model is constructed,which including information users,network health information,other groups,information platform and social environment.(2)Based on relevant research and theory,the interview outline is compiled,40 college students are interviewed in semi-structured way,17 thematic factors and 36 secondary thematic factors affecting college students'access to health information are obtained,and the influencing factors are classified into factors.(3)On the basis of the analysis of the results,the performance and characteristics of the influencing factors are to supported by using the original interview data,the influencing factors model of online health information search behavior of college students from the perspective of information ecology is constructed.(4)The factors and influencing factors are discussed based on the research results,the interaction of online health information search behavior of college students is explored,the interaction relation model is constructed,and the opinions and suggestions are put forward to guide college students to obtain health information.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Information ecology factors are able to affect the access to health information for college students.Information ecology factors include information user factors such as demographic characteristics,health status,health literacy,personal characteristics,behavior intention and cost;network health information factors such as information form,information content,information and value;other group factors such as trust and interaction;information platform factors such as platform security,platform service and platform reputation;social environmental factors such as social support,social ethos and "Internet+Medical Health".All these factors influence the Internet health information search behavior of college students.(2)The differences and similarities among the influencing factors of different factors.The difference lies in the different influence levels,research contents and research emphases of the factors,among which the influence factors of the information user factor play a decisive role in the search behavior.The similarity lies in that security factors are the common influencing factors of information users,network health information,other groups,information platforms and social environment factors,but the forms of security factors in specific factors are different.(3)There is a kind of interactive Relationship among information users,network health information,other groups,information platform,social environment factors and their influencing factors which are interacting,influencing and promoting each other.The significance of this paper lies in:First,the theory of information ecology is introduced into the behavior of information search,and the behavior of network health information search is comprehensively analyzed from a macro perspective.It not only enriches the research on information search behavior of information ecology theory,but also comprehensively and systematically grasps the influencing factors of information search behavior,making up for the lack of comprehensive research on the influencing factors of network health information search behavior.Second,the characteristics and laws of information users,network health information,other groups,information platforms and social environment that affect network search behavior are demonstrated through empirical research,which is conducive to helping college students to effectively obtain health information,enhancing the interactive health information exchange and sharing between college students and people around them,inspiring the health information service platform to improve service level and safety construction,and providing a good search environment and social atmosphere for college students.Third,the influencing factors model and interaction relation model of online health information search behavior from the perspective of information ecology are constructed in this paper.On the basis of the consideration of different behavior subjects and search environment,the models are modified and adjusted to extend and apply to other groups,providing references for exploring online health information search behavior and influencing factors of different social groups. |
