Intervention Study On The AIDS Health Information Literacy Of College Students

Objective:Through the intervention of college students' AIDS health information literacy,analyze of the impact of intervention on AIDS health information literacy of college students,and evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention activities.Methods:In this study,convenience sampling method was used to select two classes in the general education elective course in a comprehensive university in wuhan.The two classes were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 60 students in each group.In the experimental group,health education prescriptions,group training and education,WeChat platform push and other intervention methods were used for intervention for 4 weeks.No special intervention was given in the control group.The two groups was evaluated the "AIDS health information literacy questionnaire for college students" to evaluate the AIDS health information literacy of before and after the intervention.and the experimental group was evaluated the intervention activities with the"AIDS health information literacy education activities evaluation questionnaire for college students" after the intervention.Results:1.Before the intervention,the total score of AIDS health information literacy of 120 college students was 85.36±9.631,and the scoring rate was 71.1%.In the four dimensions,the score of health information awareness was 10.58±1.602,and the scoring rate was 70.5%;the score of health information knowledge was 31.98±5.070,and the scoring rate was 71.1%;the score of health information ability was 30.35±4.619,and the scoring rate was 67.4%;the score of health information morality was 12.46±1.328,and the scoring rate was 83.1%.After the intervention,the total score of AIDS health information literacy of 60 college students in the experimental group was 96.47±9.110,and the scoring rate was 80.4%.In the four dimensions,the score of health information awareness was 11.68±1.546,and the scoring rate was 77.9%;the score of health information knowledge was 36.70±4.027,and the scoring rate was 81.6%;the score of health information ability was 35.07±4.029,and the scoring rate was 77.9%;the score of health information morality was 13.02±1.513,and the scoring rate was 86.8%.2.After intervention,the total score of AIDS health information literacy,health information awareness,health information knowledge,health information ability and health information morality of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.There was no significant difference in the total scores of AIDS health information literacy,health information awareness,health information knowledge,health information ability and health information morality before and after intervention in the control group(P>0.05).4.After intervention,the total scores of AIDS health information literacy,health information awareness,health information knowledge,health information ability and health information morality in the experimental group were all higher than those before intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The research objects were 61.7%satisfied with the intervention content and were 36.7%very satisfied.The research objects were 68.3%satisfied with the intervention method of health education prescription and were 28.3%very satisfied.The research objects were 60%satisfied with the intervention method of group training and education and were 36.7%very satisfied.The research objects were 53.3%satisfied with the intervention method of WeChat platform and were 35.0%very satisfied.83.3%of the research objects would like to participate in similar activities in the future.The research objects hope that schools can provide health education activities in the following order from high to low are carry out knowledge lectures,set up relevant elective courses,push by WeChat public account,broadcast on campus,post posters on the publicity board and others.Conclusion:1.Before the intervention,the overall level of AIDS health information literacy of college students was low,and they did not have AIDS health information literacy.After the intervention,the overall level of AIDS health information literacy of college students was significantly improved,with AIDS health information literacy.2.It is effective to intervene AIDS health information literacy of college students.3.College students are satisfied with the content and method of this educational activity,and they are willing to participate in similar activities in the future.They hope that the school can provide health education activities in the following order from high to low are carry out knowledge lectures,set up relevant elective courses,push by WeChat public account,broadcast on campus,post posters on the publicity board and others.
