The Preliminary Construction Of Training Program For Master Of Nursing Specialist In Midwifery

ObjectiveThis paper discusses the core competence of master of nursing specialist students in midwifery,and probes into the training program for master of nursing master degree under the framework of core competence.It provides a theoretical reference for the high quality and high quality nursing staff of nursing colleges,and promote the specialized development process for nursing teams in China.Method1.Bibliometric: This study firstly used literature metrology to retrieve the direction of midwifery training at home and abroad,the direction of midwifery care professional degree graduate education,new midwife training and other related literature,the formation of literature network system,and provide theoretical basis for enquiry questionnaire.2.Semi-structured interview: Based on literature retrieval,we made the interview outline,and selected relevant nursing managers,nursing educators and medical experts to conduct semi-structured interview.Understanding the midwife present situation of clinical work and the core ability to grasp the situation,to provide factual basis for enquiry questionnaire.3.Delphi method: We used the Delphi method,by experts on the 35 index system of the training scheme for two rounds of enquiry,and combined with the index into standard(importance assignment mean > 3.5,the variation coefficient < 0.2,the full mark rate > 20%),and expert advice.Finally,the training program of nursing master degree is established.4.Statistical method: The adoption rate,mean ±standard deviation statistical description for enquiry experts general information;The reliability index of the study adopted the experts' positive coefficient,expert authority degree and expert coordination coefficient.The important degree of the index is indicated by mean ±standard standard deviation,variation coefficient and weight value,among which the index weight value is determined by proportional distribution method.The reliability analysis of the index items of two rounds' questionnaires was conducted.Result1.The positive coefficient of two rounds' consultation was 94% and 100% respectively.The authoritative coefficients of the two rounds' experts were 0.809 and 0.835 respectively,and the overall Kendalls' W was 0.297 and 0.303(P <0.001)respectively.2.After two rounds' inquiry,the training program for nursing professional degree graduate students was established.including 3 primary indicators,14 secondary indicators and 101 three-level indexes.3.This research used proportion distribution method to calculate the weight value of indexes at all levels,the indexs' importance.The experts ranked the three important primary indexes in order: core competence,training program and evaluation system.4.The reliability analysis of the two rounds' questionnaires in this study was conducted,and the coefficient of Cronbach's was 0.848 and 0.938 respectively.The reliability of the questionnaire index is higher.ConclusionThe training scheme of nursing professional degree graduate is preliminarily constructed.The training program of the preliminary construction of the nursing master degree in midwifery has three primary indicators,14 secondary indicators and 101 tertiary indicators.This training scheme based on the clinical needs,education in nursing education and clinical practice cultivation disjointed problem provides new train of thought,effective connection to the direction of midwifery senior specialist nurse with the direction of professional degree postgraduate education.
