The Primary Construction Of The Training System Of Nursing Professional Degree Graduate And Specialist Nurse In The Direction Of ICU

Objective:This study is based on full access to domestic and foreign literature related to the ICU direction of nursing postgraduates and specialist nurses training on the Pyramid Miller principle as the theoretical basis,using the methods of social science research,study and establish the core competence of nursing professional degree graduate and specialist nurses training merged ICU direction,building two merged culture system can provide certain reference basis for training of nursing professional degree of graduate students in our country.Methods:This study adopted theoretical analysis,literature review,group discussion and Delphi method to explore the core competencies and curriculum setting of ICU oriented graduate nursing students and specialist nurses.Content:1.Through consulting a large number of literatures,we can get the core competencies and curriculum related data of nursing professional degree graduate students and specialist nurses in ICU direction at home and abroad,and analyze the experiences that can be used for reference according to our national conditions.2.Through theoretical analysis,literature review and group discussion,the basic elements of core competency of ICU oriented graduate nursing students and specialized nurses were refined and sorted out,and the core competency index system was initially established.3.Through the Delphi expert consultation method,we studied the core competencies of ICU oriented graduate nursing students and specialist nurses after training,established their index system,and determined the weight of all levels of indicators.Results:1.Based on Pyramid Miller principle as the theoretical basis,the core competence index system by Delphi method to construct the ICU direction of the nursing professional degree graduate and specialist nurse training:merger consulted 26 experts from Beijing City,Hebei Province,Liaoning Province,nursing management,nursing education and clinical nursing ICU and ICU clinical medicine the.The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of questionnaires were 93.1%and 96.3%,respectively,indicating that the experts were more active in this study.The expert authority coefficient Cr is0.81,which indicates that the expert's authority is high.Two rounds of Kendall coordination coefficient(W)were 0.301(x ~2=375.679,P<0.001)and 0.323(x ~2=411.383,P<0.001),the second round of consultation coordination coefficient is relatively high,and chi square test has statistical significance,so the result is desirable.According to expert opinion,group discussion,and the boundary value method,the final form of the core competence index system includes four first level indicators(the basis of professional theory knowledge,ICU nursing knowledge ability,ICU skills,ICU skills,comprehensive nursing)and its expansion of the 49 level two indexes.2.The core competence of the results of the index weight to determine the direction ICU by using AHP and percentile weight method of nursing professional degree graduate and specialist nurses training:merger level indicators weights of index system of core competence in the cultivation of two insurance order is the basis of professional theory knowledge(0.132),ICU knowledge of nursing ability(0.221),ICU operating skills(0.221),ICU comprehensive nursing application ability(0423).In the two level index,the score of rescue ability of critically ill patients is the full score,and the weight is also the highest.It is the highest of 0.025.The results of two levels of single ranking and general ranking are all satisfactory.Conclusion:1.Based on the Miller of Pyramid based on the principle as the theoretical basis,through the Delphi method to construct the ICU direction of the nursing professional degree graduate and specialist nurses training system core competence index system,including 4 elements(the basis of professional theory knowledge,ICU knowledge of nursing ability,ICU operating skills,ICU comprehensive nursing application ability,49indicators)by the four elements of expansion,the result is reliable,and has certain scientific and effective.2.The weight of the core competence index to determine the ICU direction using the percentage weight analysis method and AHP method of nursing professional degree graduate and specialist nurses training has merged scientific and accurate,can be used as the direction of the construction of ICU nursing professional degree graduate and specialist nurses merged culture system reference tool.According to the weight results suggest ICU ability is the primary ability of comprehensive nursing of two insurance culture should have the professional degree graduate and specialist nurses after strict training will be in the actual work environment to practice,whether it has comprehensive application ability of high quality reflects the two insurance system is the key to improve the training system.
